No. When I ordered this I thought it was the complete wheel tire and rim ready for mounting. So I have not yet been able to use this item. Seriously thinking about returning it as i can get the whole assembly cheaper somewhere else.

I was very upset you show a rim and tire on 5he ad that was very deceving. If it was just the rubber wheel then that what the pitcher shoud of been..so no i was very upset at yourintent to deceve.

The picture is miss leading was showing the rim but only received the tire then had to order tubes as we'll from another source. Not real happy
