The order was seamless and very quick. The quality is excellent. We took the sink and faucet to our granite counter person so they could custom cut the wholes. We choose to counter sink the bowl so that it was not too high. The granite was cut at an angel to better support the bowl. Installation was simple if you have good plumbing under the cabinet with shutoffs. We used a flexible trap connector piece from Home Depot. The sink inspired me to add a gold/copper bamboo mural!
