The screw mentioned in step 1 and the nut mentioned for the stud in step 2 were both missing. I had to go to the store and get my own screw and a washer to lock down the left side of the plate as you can see in my attached screenshot. Horrible QA. It does work and looks nice but I'm not expecting this faucet to last long if they can mess up basic packaging. The only reason I stuck with it was because there were no other faucets available in this particular style.

This faucet lasted about 9 months before the movement of the nozzle and the handle became very stiff. The handle started making a groaning noise and you could feel it scraping inside. Upon taking the top handle off, I found a bunch of white fluffy corrosion that was coming from the part that holds the cartridge. It had been brass plated to give the appearance of quality but in reality is just pot metal and our water eats that stuff up. It has nice features but is not a quality or long lasting product. So many companies only care about initial appearance and do not care about longevity. Short lived products not only waste time and money but also contribute greatly to global pollution. I mistakenly thought that spending a little more would get me a longer lasting faucet. This is based on the MOEN faucets that I have in other locations, the oldest of which is pushing 20 years in service.

In less than 9 months of ownership, the swivel action from one side to the other became very stiff and shortly thereafter the handle became stiff and made growning sounds when operated. Took the handle off and found a lot of white fluffy corrosion from parts that were not real brass but brass plated pot metal. In the photo you can still see the brass plating on top of the zinc base metal. The features and initial appearance were nice but this is not even trailer house quality. It's a shame that companies choose planned obsolesence over quality. These short lived products contribute greatly to global pollution. I am two decades into home ownership and over time have replaced all the fixtures in this old house. This is not the first time I've dealt with a faucet but it will be the last time I buy this brand.

Within 4 months of installation, the rubber washer at the bottom of the main faucet/handle began to deteriorate. That area then loosened and the faucet continued to wiggle when used. Attempt to tighten the faucet from below the sink worked for a week or so, then loosened again. At this point, the faucet wobbles and I will attempt to get a refund. I would not buy this.

Products looks great. Just installed, no issues but a quick heads up. While installing be sure to swing the faucet to the furthest spot in your sink. When you tighten, don’t let the faucet turn or you will repeat this step until your faucet fits your sink correctly.

I love this faucet! I had to replace the 2-year old Moen that sprung a leak, so I decided to upgrade. It's now the best looking thing in my kitchen!

The sprayer was much closer to the faucet than what was depicted online. Also, after installation the faucet is not set in place. It twists and moves erratically. It's also very loose in the space.

No it did not meet our expectations. We had to send it back for a refund. This model has a plate that’s needed. You can’t install this model without the plate that comes with it. We tried, but it doesn’t work. We had to order another Koehler model that you don’t need the plate.

The sprayer hose is a bit short and the connection is plastic. I assumed it would be metal mesh.

The faucet has only been installed for a week. It is working perfectly and overall is a much better made faucet than the previous one which lasted about 7 years. So I'm expecting not to need the lifetime guarantee it came with. I would recommend it.

Easy to install an easy turning off

Nice looking unit, but very low water pressure with the flow restricter. Called Kohler but they had no replacement aerator. The factory aerator was a sealed unit. Wife is disappointed with the faucet.

After about 1 month the faucet would no longer pivot from side to side and the retractable hose for some reason does not fit into the sleeve correctly as the sleeve is too small to accommodate the nut on the hose so that it would sit flush so now it just hangs loosely. Whats the point of retractable if it wont fit back in the sleeve I always bought Kohler products but no more. Reached out to support but they were useless

The faucet is nice. Installing it was a chore. The mounting plate hole spacing did not match my dual level sink. Without the mounting plate, the sprayer went through the mounting hole in the sink. I had to make use of some of the parts from the faucet that I removed to mount the sprayer.

On step 1: The nut and screw to attach the faucet to the sink were missing. The parts from the old faucet were used. If this had been an new installation, the faucet would have been returned because there was now way to attach it.

Did not want plate, at base

Don't remember the purchase date, but it's been 2 or 3 years. Very nice appearance, feel and installation. Still is, almost. After a year or so, it developed the tendency to shut itself off after running cold water and then switching to hot or warm. The cartridge operates very smoothly, too smoothly I think. Unless the water is run pretty hard, it slowly drifts closed. Very aggravating when you're trying to rinse veggies or wash hands. I often run a slow stream, but I can't rely on it to stay on. You can watch the handle slowly sink down on its own until it's barely dripping. I need to replace it, and it's not an easy job. Even if a replacement is offered, it still has to be changed out. Not happy.

Lines going into faucet are very small. Should be twice the size. Lines being small restrict water flow. The design of the faucet is attractive.

Product was easy to assemble and install. It operates very smoothly and looks beautiful.
