I have 3 exact toilets and one of the seats cracked in under 2 years. Looked up the model online and ordered the mfg recommended seat model It does not fit My older seat with the same model number was a little longer / wider and covered the edges Looks like something changed and not for the better.

Make sure you measure the width as this was too narrow for our toilet. Looked stupid with the edge of the bowl showing.

The seat didn’t quite reach forward to cover the toilet rim like my old original Koehler seat did for 30 years. The store person said you can slightly adjust it by pulling it forward before tightening the screws which I did but it still isn’t a clean fit. Weird. I replaced another toilet lid about a year ago and it fit perfectly, I’m just gonna have to live with that I guess otherwise it’s fine

Easy to install but pricey.

Works exactly as advertised. Had to replace all the toilet seats in the house because once you experience a soft close seat, you’ll slam the other ones because you forget they aren’t soft close! The plastic is far more comfortable than the wooden ones.

Disappointed in the redesign of this quiet-close lid. Its predecessor -- which was part of the toilet for nearly fifteen years, until cracking, mysteriously (was it a heavy-set house guest, plopping himself too hastily down, or simply chemical breakdown?), was of a sleeker, much simpler and more elegant cast, AND it seemed -- in hindsight, obviously -- at least a hundred times better-made. This new thing is, aesthetically, an ugly hulk at best -- sort of like the toilet-version of so many American cars that used to be beautiful, but after "re-design" have been made to look like over-girded mastodons. Even sitting on this new seat is tricky -- its reckless concavity kind of pulls one down into the bowl, and, well, you do the math. I must say, again, that this homeowner preferred the older model. It actually LOOKED good, and made the toilet almost showy.

This is a great seat. The center seat area was a little smaller than the average seat, but it works well and I like that it is a quiet close.

Easy to assemble and fits perfectly .

Do not buy this seat. IT FELL APART with hardly no use. I purchased for a guest bathroom so it is seldom used. Pure cheap plastic seat and vocer both broke.

No complaints so far EXCEPT the lid has a large edge that encloses the seat in the upright position, making it hard to grasp and lower just the seat. Oh yeah, and one more thing—it’s too expensive.

Perfect fit and matched the color of my toilet seat perfectly. Have tried 3 other brands of toilet seats and was not happy. A little pricy but worth the money.

This toilet seat is just fine and was simple to install. What is great about Kohler is their very fine customer service and great instillation instructions. I would not think of using a company other than Kohler.

The hardware to install it was inadequate. I had to go to hardware store to buy longer bolts.

Koehler toilet seat placement fit perfectly on 13 year old Kohler toilet and was easy to install. Just follow measurement guidelines.

No it was not as efficient as our other toilet cover… how do I exchange?

It's a nice looking seat, quick attach is a pretty cool feature. Before I bought it I watched a commercial for it with the guy sitting on it and wiggling around to show off how the seat doesn't move because the hinges loosening is the main reason people buy new seats....well fresh out of the box it has a ton of play in the top lid. I checked everything out and it isn't at the hinge that bolts to the toilet, it's at the hinge that allows the top lid to open and close. The lid can shift freely side to side. Pretty disappointed as even out standard seats in the other bathrooms don't do that, and it certainly isn't like the commercial. But things happen when machines are Making things so I can't blame the company.

It’s a toilet seat and it closes quietly. It is biscuit colored and matches the toilet. I find it difficult to rave on about a toilet seat.
