I love this faucet! Great quality and beautiful! Classic design. I love the enamel hot/cold button. I had a plumber install it with the new plumbing and we have had it for a couple of weeks now.

Better than anything we found in stores, and believe me we searched. The Fairfax is heavy, shiny and works perfectly! Didn't really want to spend this much on a faucet, but I'm glad we did. Love the single faucet so that water can be turned with my wrist (if my hands are really dirty-which happens often ( ;. Bought this for a very small bathroom which lacks much style. This faucet makes up for the lackluster space. If I had to say something negative, it was with the packaging, not the faucet. The Kohler box arrived partially open. It was not shipped in an outer box. We were afraid to look inside for fear of scratches or missing parts. We were very lucky. Everything was okay but it could have turned out very differently. Thank you Kohler. (but please try to lower the price) Thank you Home Depot for quick shipment.

I only buy kohler faucets.

The faucet really makes the Devonshire pedestal sink look good. I installed this in 2004. The city water lines have been repaired several times before the old cast iron lines from a couple centuries ago were changed. I have been careful to run the outside faucet to clear as much debris from repairs and line upgrades as possible --when I knew that the lines were worked on--and neither this faucet or the Kohler Cimmaron's fill valves were harmed.

I replaced the sinks and faucets in my new “older” home. Went with Kohler as other brands were not of the quality I wanted. So glad I did!

This faucet is of very high quality. It fits beautifully into our bathroom.

I put faucets of this design in in my house 20 years ago and, being an architect, I wanted something that looked stylish but would endure well with time. This design has done just that.

I ordered a bathroom faucet and shower faucet and trim kit. I absolutely love the looks of them. They definitely are not cheaply made either.

Get all the way through installation to find that I need an aerator removal tool (not included of course). Attempting without, because the local Home Depot doesn’t carry said tool, caused damage and non removal of aerator. Also not included the one hole apron. Premium cost with sub par service. I don’t know whether to blame Home Depot or Kohler but 170 ish faucet should not be this poorly thought out.

This is a great looking faucet that comes with a lifetime warranty from Kohler. It was very easy to install which is a plus for a homeowner like me.

Simple to install, seems pretty sturdy and works fine. Tiny drip if the handle isn't shut off in the neutral position though. It looks great, although time will tell how long the cartridge inside lasts before I have to hunt it down.

We returned the unit. Our plumber was able to change the cartridge in our existing Fairfax Faucet

water is very slow coming out of faucet. Do not like plunger. Should be a thing of the past.

My son installed with no problems and it is working just fine

This order was a replacement of the original Fairfax installed 20 years ago. I think 20 years for the most used faucet in the house is a great testament to this product. The only sad thing is the outside appearance of the original was as beautiful as the day it was installed.

I haven’t used it yet. My project is on hold. I’m having a new countertop installed, which is also on hold because of the virus. I am keeping the faucet to use at a later date.
