This is a great sink if installed correctly. However my interior designer, her general contractor and countertop fabricator failed to look at the details. Initially, They said that there was no template for the sink. I find it hard to believe that a multi billion dollar company like kohler would not provide a template for installation. Then they said there were four options on a template for the sink. Upon further review, We are unable to modify the countertop and I am not able to use the accessories. I am disappointed because I was Looking forward to using this sink exactly as it was intended for, as a workstation sink. I paid an upcharge for nothing. The sink is well made and gorgeous just make sure you micromanage the install no matter how many “professionals” you have hired to do the job for you.

We love the look of the sink and have been using it for about 4 months. There are already a few scratches in it which is disappointing so maybe not best for heavy use or just be very careful about putting things into the sink.

Literally had this for a week and washed a pan and it’s now scratched. How does it scratch from washing a pan? $850 waste of money. Do NOT BUY this sink

We just remodeled out 100 year old kitchen and maintained the vintage look and feel of our Tudor home - this sink paired with soapstone counters looks and works incredibly. I cannot say enough great things about it!

Shipped quickly. I love the depth and the placement of the drain. It is big enough for me to clean my largest pots and pans with ease. It's beautiful!

I spent a lot of time deciding on a sink for my kitchen remodel. I even went to Kohler to see all their sink designs (as no store in my area has the Riverby in stock). The Riverby line has a number of variations (size/depth). I love the look, and the quality is amazing. It comes with some accessories that are useful, but personally, I would have preferred the wooden cutting board (available separately) instead of the plastic colander/board that is included.

I absolutely love this sink! We had it installed in June 2019- it's beautiful and spacious. It has more than enough room to wash a large cast iron pot easily in the basin. The additional accessories included with the purchase of the sink are really nice; especially the stainless steel grate which seems indispensable as it protects the sink from accidental scratches and dings. It is a sink that is definitely worth buying!

Sink looks fantastic and I love the rack for the bottom. The only downfall is once installed as an undermount the tray does not fit correctly but that may be the fault of the granite installer.

This white enamel cast iron sink was exactly as advertised and pictured. Delivery to the store took three days, as foretasted Hanging brackets worked well. Sink weights 75 pounds.

After sitting in the garage in the box for eight weeks the sink has finally installed. Sink is just what I wanted. Beautiful and functional. Had some issues when adding the new counter and fixtures, just didn't measure up to " standard or universal " . Of course maybe the "standard or universal " was in the fixtures and counter. Or could be ? . The installers worked around the problems and it is my dream. If you like a single enamel sink it couldn't be more perfect. Would highly recommend.

I've only had my sink a few days but so far I LOVE it. It looks great and is nice and big. I also love the added accessories (I did purchase the bottom drain grate separately). I went back and forth between a two and one basin sink and I think I will be really happy that I went with one large basin. So far it has worked well to wash some big pans without that never would have fit into my double basin sink.

Beautiful well made sink. I was worried after seeing reviews about these sinks getting cracked or scratched in the delivery process but we didn't have that problem.

Beautiful sink! This was the spark for a kitchen update and we based our counter tops around it, we liked it so much. Goodness this thing is heavy though. (I mean I guess thats good) At first I had some doubts about the mounting brackets but they've held just fine with a full tub of water, or dishes. So far so good on the durability aspect too, with pots and silverware a-plenty no issues to speak of. We're actually thinking about a second one for the laundry area if that's any indication of a product endorsement.

This is a great looking sink. Very heavy, good quality sink with a nice finish.

I cannot comment on the quality and value, or recommend, this sink yet because when I received it from HD it was already cracked in a corner. The packaging from Kohler is a joke. I am so surprised they would send out sinks with such terrible packaging. I had a wonderful customer experience with HD and the sink has been re-ordered with a specific request to first check the box to make sure the sink isn't damaged, then further secure the sink with foam, THEN ship it to me. Online buyer beware. In-Store buyer - the sink is gorgeous. Check the box and go for it.

The sink has been installed into a new kitchen remodel. I haven't used it yet but it looks beautiful!

This is a lovely big sink. However, the accessories that come with it are too small, so I am befuddled as to how to dry things without them getting wet right away. I reverted to using an over the counter silicon dryer but it doesn't quite fit with the soap dispenser and it slips as well. If I could figure out a good way to manage my washed dishes, I'd raise the star level to 4. Also, I drilled holes in the 'washing cup' because it was constantly a pool of yucky water, makes more sense to have that as a drying cup for utensils, but with water gathering at the bottom, it turned gross.

Solid, heavy, beautiful! It was a struggle spending so much money on a sink, but it may be worth the expence. I especiall like the extra usable room under the sink because the drain is on the right side instead of in the middle. water drains perfectly to one side.

Good price. The sink is heavy and comes with a great warranty. Really nice item and as quality seems spot on for the price.

I have had this sink for 8 years and after 7 years I noticed a small crack around the drain. Now is has a couple chips there also. When I asked about the warranty I was told it was the installers fault. I would not recommend any product from Koehler as they do not stand behind their products.
