Nice Tank, but No Gasket = Slow Leak
This arrived on time and it was very easy to replace the original 1.28 gpf tank. Unfortunately, there was a slow leak at the lock nut to the fill valve. Replacing that lock nut with the one from the original tank did not stop the leak, leaving me no choice but to call my plumber (which I had wanted to avoid!). He knew immediately that the inside gasket from the valve was missing and used the one from the original tank. This missing gasket cost me more than what I paid for this toilet tank …

The issue I had was not with the product itself, I would have given it a 5 star but it did not match the bowl. I wish, having been sold as just a tank, the advertisement had provided the design of the connection. My bowl had three holes to secure the tank to the bowl and this tank only had two and they didn't line up with the bowl. I was able to return it with no problem at Home Depot. I subsequently purchased full toilet unit and installed it with no issue.

The Koehler Cimarron 1.6 gif exceeded my expectations. Easy...
The Koehler Cimarron 1.6 gif exceeded my expectations. Easy to install both tank and bowl and I am not an expert, but have installed a few others none this easy. Biggest surprises were no toilet bowl bolts from inside tank to bowl and no leaks. Good flushing action and nice appearance.

Perfect...Just what I needed to replace the touchless tank that was a waste of money. So much so, Kohler has discontinued the touchless Cimarron. This is great and I should have bought it with the traditional handle in the first place.
