Beautiful sink for which we paid full retail when redoing our bathroom. After 2 years, though, it unfortunately sprouted a crack across the entire basin. That crack is propagating into others, and Kohler refuses to replace it. Unfortunately, that means the cost of ownership for just one of their products is for us over $300/year. I wish they would stand behind their product. We have a sink in our home that is literally 100 years old and hasn't yet cracked. I'm very disappointed, especially at this price point.

Like many others mine developed hairline cracks near the center. I do not remember when they appeared maybe someone put something heavy in the sink. Also the price seems to be too high compared to similar sinks.

This is a beautiful sink but after a few years, it showed like hairlines as some other reviewer has posted, it has also, sprouted a crack on the basin. The crack has propagated into others and the basin ended up breaking. It seems a recurrent issue with this sink. It is unfortunate that I will have to spend another $500-600 to get this basin replaced when I had spent lots of money and I have been a loyal customer of Kohler (with all my sinks from kitchen and bathrooms to my toilets and hardware with their brand in them). I will get to buy another brand, though for the exact same amount of money. I'm very disappointed, especially at this price point.

This is a beautiful sink and goes nicely in our bathroom, but the finish has not held up. When I called Kohler, they had no recommendation and stated that it only had a year warranty. This is a lot of money for a years worth of use! It is a busy bathroom but I do not use harsh cleaners. I am disappointed and looking to replace it with another brand.

We installed 2 of these sinks when we built our house 12 years ago - in each of the guest baths. One is fine, but within a couple of years, the other developed hairline cracks around the drain that have now spread so much that we need to replace it. I thought we'd order the same style, but since I read that others have had the same problem, I plan to buy another brand.

This sink is a replacement for a broken pedestal sink. It was the same size as the previous sink to make for easy installation.

The only complaint I have is the new Kohler lavatory is not exactly as the old one. The edges are not as sharp/crisp as the one it replaced. Other than that complaint, I love the lavatory.

I purchased this sink for a remodel on our first floor bathroom. I bought the 27" model but I should have tried the 24" model first because there is a huge price difference between the two. This one also looks a little large for our slightly narrow bathroom. It fits perfectly on the matching pedestal. I did have to make a bracket for the back of the sink cuz the screws didn't align with my studs and I didn't want to tear down my wainscoting to add one. Overall it looks great and functions properly. I recommend this sink.

I bought this sink and about 2 years later it started developing small hairline crazing which has progressively gotten worse over the years. The whole basin is now covered in this crazing which the warranty does not cover. Very disappointing.

Beware, the picture is not an accurate representation of the sink. That's the only reason I'm giving it a one and writing a review. The sink itself is actually quite nice. The picture shows that it has three holes drilled for the faucet. However, the actual sink only has one hole drilled. It does mention the single hole drilling in the product description, but not the specs. I ordered a three piece faucet set and now I'm trying to decide if I should keep the faucet and send the sink back, or keep the sink and find another faucet.
