The color is on point. If I knew the bottom of the bowl had curves and ledges I would not have bought it. The bowl has to be throughly cleaned after each use. The water is only at the very bottom.

I like the toilet, but it should not be advertised with a toilet seat, unless one comes with it. I had to buy a temporary seat until I can order the matching color seat.

Purchase the Archer elongated comfort height toilet about 6 weeks ago. It perfectly matches my other kohler bathroom fixtures after almost 30 years! I was shocked I could still purchase this toilet in "ice grey". It's a great product & flushes effortlessly, also love the quite close toilet seat lid. I really like the elegant design.

This toilet was purchased over a month ago. I searched locally but the ice gray color was hard to find. Was reluctant initially to purchase online but took the chance. Item arrived very quickly and was packed very well. No problems! Had someone install this for me and I must say, I am exceptionally pleased with this purchase. Love the comfort height and how well the toilet system works so far. I replaced a 30 year old Kohler toilet. The comfort height is a must (in my opinion). Love it!

The family loves the toilet and color. So, happy with the purchase. Initially, the toilet would run long after it has been flushed, but it has since stopped which I am glad because everyone kept asking what was wrong with the toilet. Overall. I am satisfied.

The Archer is a beautiful fixture. The height is great - better than some of the other Kohler comfort height units (my lesson learned: get the actual measurements - don't just go by the term comfort height). What I find annoying is keeping it working well. I had to replace the cylinder gasket (a pain to do, by the way - I know that it is a form used by many low flow toilets, but still...replacing a flapper was far easier. The gasket was pricey (could not find at the time in the local hardware or even big box stores). The process is complicated (thank goodness for YouTube). And the flush is LOUD. I replaced all 4 toilets in the home and will not buy another Kohler - although I have always liked their products - especially faucets and shower fixtures. I find, however, that other manufacturers are as good (or better). A pity because I used to only use Kohler products. Bottom Line: this toilet is visually appealing, but not easy to maintain.

Every single toilet I ordered was damaged and I ended up wasting time and money on purchasing this product, I ended up having to get a basic white toilet because every single toilet had a crack in it

The Archer Toilet is exactly what Kohler says it is... beautiful, comfortable, easy to install. I was somewhat disappointed with the flush-action of the aquapiston. It is my first experience with this technology, and I expected a smoother flush, but, the pluses far outweigh the minuses. I would highly recommend this toilet to anyone searching for comfort and beauty.

Expensive but works better than expected. A negative surprise that the seat was extra however. That seemed a bit cheap considering the price of the facility.
