Excellent

Product was installed as drop in on laminate countertops. Wish the sides were bent down just a bit to create a bevel to counter. Installed tight to counter but the edge is thick metal(quality construction!) would be amazing as an undercounter mounted sink! Still have excellent sink, deep, very quiet and will hold up forever(again thick metal!)

I didn’t install the sink (my hubby and new counter-installation peeps were responsible), but I get to look at and use the sink! It is one sexy piece of metal! It’s only been in a couple of days, but it looks beautiful, is great quality, and it fits well. We had a soap dispenser cut out for the new countertop, and we did an undermount install. So far, so amazing!

Lovely, large sink....beautiful. We love this sink because it has a lower partition in the middle so it allows overflow to go into the other bowl....most have partitions that are the same height all around and do not allow for accidental overflow.

The product looks really good but I have waited for 4 weeks and gotten 2 damaged sinks already and had to return them to the local store. I just ordered my 3rd one and if this is still damaged then I will move on. My wife really like this sink... It's pretty ridiculous that they don't seem to check the sink before shipping them or are shipping them knowing these are damaged. The boxes are not damaged so they are packing them knowing that these are already damaged! The 2 I got both had damaged/dented corners which would be OK for under-mount but not top-mount (which is what I have).

Installed this sink 2 weeks ago as part of a kitchen remodel project. Shipping was quick - ordered in the afternoon and it arrived at my home the following afternoon. Opted for top mount. We had this professionally installed since the plumbing needed to be adjusted for the greater depth of this sink. Be sure you measure carefully - it was a close fit and had to have adjustments to our cabinet base made due the corners not being round as the old sink was. It is very sturdy (18 gauge) and well-made. Like the extra depth, like the very flat edges, they make cleaning the counter top easier. Like the very square corners which makes some of my larger pans fit better for soaking. Cleans up great. Love the bottom rack - can wash and set aside things in the sink and then rinse them all at once. This comes in 1 hole, 3 hole and 4 hole models so be careful about the item # when you order. I was going to buy the 3 hole since I do not care for having a soap dispenser. Paired the sink with the Pfister "Treviso" faucet and was planning to just leave the soap dispenser off, but the 4 hole model was $120 less, so I purchased that one and went ahead and installed the soap dispenser (I don't have to actually use it.) You will need to buy a sink strainer to go with this if you do not use a garbage disposal. Model Model # K-8801-CP was the perfect size and finish. Very happy with this purchase. Excellent value.

This sink is massive! Easily holds 3 times more then double bowl we replaced. Very well made. Easy install. Looks fantastic. My wife and I could not be happier with this purchase. Not the cheapest but well worth the price tag. Meets Kohler's expectation for quality and design.

We are currently waiting on this Kohler sink # 3 being delivered to our house. The first two sinks arrived at our door with some serious damage. On both sinks the bottom left corner, again similar to other reviewers experiences, was incredibly bent downwards. we thought we could put it in the sink hole and flatten it out, but it still was uneven and looked terrible. Plus there were multiple dents everywhere on one of the sinks. We have even asked home depot to specially wrap and give extra packaging to the second sink, which they did not. If sink #3 comes in as bad of a condition, i am making a formal complaint to Home Depot and i will never shop there again, nor will I ever recommend or purchase any Kohler products!

I bought this sink for my last house. It is deep and wide and perfect for a family that actually cooks and uses cookie sheets, large cutting boards, large pot and pans, etc. I was tired of the double sink that you can't submerge anything into. This sink is really well made and worth the money. It came with a grid to protect the bottom and that worked great too. You will have to scrub the grate with a brush regularly. I ordered this online and it shipped very well packed and arrived on time. You can use this as an undermount sink, but we dropped it into an existing countertop. Has a very modern appearance. I had this sink for 5 years and it held up great. The corners are a little hard to clean and because it's not very slanted, debris doesn't drain easily. It tends to stay in the corners. But a swish of the sprayer and it's fine. I wouldn't let that stop you from getting this beautiful sink. I moved and I miss it!

Sink has been installed for about a week and it seems to be working well. Relatively quiet for stainless steel. Solid construction. It comes with one stainless steel grate that sits in the bottom of the sink to minimize scratching of the sink bottom. However, it would have been nice if it came with two since there are two compartments. The sink was about 2" deeper than our previous sink and a little wider. Keep this in mind for when a disposer will be installed since it pushes everything lower in the base cabinet. We paired it with a Delta faucet and it looks good. See attached photo (backsplash obviously isn't completed).

Changing from a two compartment sink to this rectangular one was somewhat of a gamble, having no experience beforehand. Sink comes with a bottom rack, elevated by rubberised little legs, a ring welded in center to make it possible to empty the strainer. Problem is, this ring is welded to the top of the rack, not even with the rack, therefor creating problems when sliding items from one side to the other... Now I am looking for a way to have this corrected, but will have to pay some guy good money for the changes... An other thought is that having the drain to one side would be the way to go, Maybe next time...

Very happy with this sink. Installed it into a butcher block counter so I didn't want an undermount for fear of dings on the counter but still wanted the zero radius look. This worked out great. Nice and big and I Iike the bottom rack that came with it. It keeps pots from scratching the bottom and with our pull out faucet you can spray food down the drain without the food getting hung up on dishes that are in the sink.

We have installed a few Vault models over the years and really like the sleek and sexy lines of this well-made stainless sink. We purchased this smaller single bowl sink for a current small oceanview condo renovation. The client is thrilled to have an undermount sink. We like that the Vault is offered in several sizes and bowls. We do wish it were available without the pre-drilled holes for greater flexibility. Photo is from a previous install.

picked this sink out from homedepot website and had my contractor purchase this specific sink. bought it because it was a Kohler and I'd heard good things about Kohler. bought this specific model as it's dual mount and we had not decide which way to go. Didn't have it a month and realized it was a big mistake to buy this sink. We opted for drop in mount because of drain height. Cut my fingers on rim when cleaning counter top, square corners in the bowls are impossible to clean, stainless it's not!! stains on rim that will not come off. It looks worse than our cheapo hardware store sink that was 20 years old that we replaced when we remodeled less than a year ago. I'll never buy another Kohler product.

Perfect for our laundry room

Wanted to give this sink a higher rating but just can’t ignore that beyond the outstanding appearance the the inability to damping the fall of the water hitting the base reverberating and leading to splashing outside and all over the countertop is too many demerits.

Sink was beautiful but damaged, and we had to return it yet again- we have purchased this sink 3 times in the last month, and 3 sinks arrived damaged. Sinks are being shipped with no padding on the too or bottom of the box, and we have had no luck with customer service- they say there isn't a way to include a message to the warehouse about poor packing.

We've had this high quality stainless steel sink & rack installed for over two years. Favorite sink we ever owned. Style fits perfectly with modern (or any style) kitchen. Great depth & width for soaking oversize dishes. Rack allows water to drain easily. I read many reviews before choosing the Vault. Some reviews mention it being slower to drain. That's true it is slower than a traditional curved sink. But our sink does full drain--and time to drain is not an issue with functionality. Also, you do need to scrub corners & edges occasionally or muck will build up in those areas. Regular swipe along edges & corners--with occasional deep clean--keeps our sink sparkling. We recommend & would choose the Vault sink again. (FYI, we did not receive the sink as part of any promotion. In fact we probably overpaid to get it in time to complete a kitchen remodel!)

Beyond my expectations.

This sink had rust spots as soon as it was installed. There is also many visible scratches in the sink. I have tried to reach Kohler to talk to them on how dissatisfied we are but the phone just hangs up each time. I reached out to the online chat no response. I am very upset. I would not have rated this but I had to give 1 star. Totally disappointed.

Love this sink - deep and modernizes our kitchen

Do NOT buy this sink. Kohler should be ashamed of themselves for even selling it. No, the stainless quality is fine and the concept is great. However, it is a germ collector. See those nice sharp corners? Ya, good luck keeping them clean. Kohler doesn't even have a suggestion or a tool to help keep them clean. They just gather crud over time. We have had ours for maybe five years now and regret it every day. Yes, we use bleach in the sink from time to time, try to keep the corners cleaned out - but it's just not really possible. So, I give them ONE star because it is a sink and it holds water. However, we use the sink to CLEAN things, and if the sink is dirty in those corners or harboring bacteria, then that doesn't help me clean things properly. Other brands have similar products without these sharp, impossible to keep clean corners - go buy theirs.
