Very nice, has several settings for spray. Seems to be very sturdy. A good value for the price!

this product is unwieldy and hard to hand-hold. I really do not like it but since it was a special order, I can't return it. The spray is not bracing enough for my taste and I'm thinking of just making do with my old one. I really do not like this product at all and feel like I wasted money.

The gold tone matched my expectations. Easy to install.

Not satisfied. Description stated "hand held" but didn't specify that hose and additional hardware needed to be purchased. Other hand held shower faucets that I have purchased came with all pertinent pieces, faucet, hose, etc.

The handle is pretty heavy to be handheld

While it didn't fit my needs as it was too large - it was a pretty matching piece to the Forte shower group which I used in the rest of my shower. I thought the handle was also too large for my hands - but a man would find it more than adequate.

just what i ordered

Only 3 spray settings and the shower head is too heavy and awkward to be held by hand. Also, the spray pressure is weak because spray holes are too large and too few. I will be returning this item.

It arrived today. The French gold doesn't exactly match the gold Kohler shower system in the home we recently purchased... but its not off by much and we installed anyway. It is a lot heavier than the original handshower on the system and it kept slipping down the bar. I want to love it. I also want it to stay put. I should return it but am going to keep it. I adjusted the handshower holder on the bar and it seems to be staying put for now. We may need to update the entire system to fit this handshower. It does have more options. The water flow does not seem to have the same strength of water pressure as the previous showerhead...for me this is good as the other was too strong and no option to make it softer. We will see how it goes.

I purchased the Fort Multifunctional Hand Shower after returning another hand shower at a local Competitor. the looks and quality make this and excellent addition to my new remodeled bathroom. Also dealing with Home Depot sales people is a pleasure, they always seem very knowledgeable. I promise no more shopping at the competitor.
