I love the bancroft tub so this isnt a review on the tub more than the shape I received it in. When I came to pickup the tub the box was mangled and reaped together several times. Upon inspection I found a chip on the tile flange but still took the tub to show contractor. Upon further inspection the main hose connecting jets to motor was broken in half. This is now setting my project back weeks and costing me time and money with my contractor and who knows what the next delivery will look like. Very disappointed that home depot didnt inspect upon delivery and order a new one before I had to point out the issues. Now I have to take it back...reorder. get someone to help me pickup again. What a pain and inconvenience

A professional plumber installed this tub so he knew what to do when the jets wouldn't work. This problem is mentioned quite a bit in the installation trouble shooting. I love the depth of this tub. However, I wish it had arm rests.

I have had this tub for nearly two years. I am buying another for my second bathroom! Installation was easy. The water from an average tank is warm enough and plenty to bath in it without resupplying water or running a water heater! Unlike larger tubs, you don't feel guilty about the volume of water; its an average tub size. The jets are perfectly powerful! Great Quality!
