The soap dispenser looks beautiful with my Kohler faucet. A perfect match.

I ordered this product in December 2021 and did not receive until after April 2022 due to back orders. Product was not installed until after May 2022. This month the dispenser pump has since stopped working all together. We have kept the dispenser clean and still when putting back in soap will not dispense and you can not even push down to pump the soap. This is very unexpected for a Kohler product as I have always had high expectations. I am rating this as a 1`star due to this product no longer working this soon after the 1 year warranty and the frequent difficulties we had even during the first year with it seeming to not dispense in a smooth manner.

Love the color and functionality. Customer service was great.

The spout is too short and soap gets on the counter

Dispenses right amount / matches faucet perfectly / easy to install .

Unlike previous reviewers, I use mine for hand washing only. We installed the artifact faucet, sprayer and this soap dispenser in January 2018. I thought I was buying a quality product like Moen who stands behind everything they make. The faucet now has absolutely no water pressure and needed repair parts. Now the soap dispenser will not pump. You push down to dispense and it stays down and will not dispense soap. Very expensive product to only last a couple of years.

It has a very nice finish, so it looks great on my bathroom vanity.

Installed this into the kitchen sink and found the spout barely shoots the soap into the sink, but usually drops straight down onto the top edge of the sink; when using for hands, you can stick your hand under the spout, but very inconvenient for everyday dishwashing, kitchen use with pots/pans, etc. No other way to mount. Very disappointed.

Well constructed, attractive fixture.However the brass on this soap dispencer seemed to be more prone to water spoting than my older brass faucet.

We just installed this dispenser in our kitchen sink to use for dishwashing liquid. The spout is too short, so that if you want to squirt some soap into a dirty pot, you have to hold the pot at the top of the sink, tilt it over a bit, squirt soap onto the upper inside edge of the pot, and then run water to get the soap down into the part of the pot that is actually dirty. Even an inch of additional spout length would make this faucet a lot better.

Exactly what I want it

I originally found it very diificult to find a soap dispenser in bright brass. When our original unit broke, the same model was no longer available in bright brass. I needed a few other items for our Kohler sink and it was listed as an option. I was happy with the price and am pleased with the style and performance. I would gladly recommend it to others.

This soap dispenser matched nicely the replacement Kohler faucet we installed in our powder room. The original faucet was a two hole faucet and the replacement was a single hole faucet. This dispenser filler the remaining hole and balanced the look. A perfect "form and function" approach to solve the problem.

The product was really easy to install and it works good

Easy to install this as a replacement for a broken soap dispenser. Looks good, works great. I like that it dispenses less soap in one pump than the previous model I purchased because I felt the old one wasted soap by dispensing too much at one time. I also like that this one has a larger storage bottle so I fill less often.

If you're getting a new sink, I recommend adding this to the sink before you set it in place. However, if your sink is already in, it's fairly easy to install. I did it myself. It probably would have been even easier if I had someone helping me though to make sure everything was lined up on the top before I tightened the parts underneath the sink. It looks great, and the soap dispenses easily. Plus you can refill it from the top, which is a must.

Matches the Kohler faucet set perfectly. The dispenser has a nice heavy feel when calling for soap and is easily refilled from the top of the countertop. We are very happy with this purchase.
