Didn't last
Worked effectively for 3 years, then the very thin, plastic holder broke off.

Leaking Shower Holder
Brand new out of the box and it leaks right at the joint that pivots. We are now on our 3rd one being ordered. This is absolutely insane. Just a bad design. Water should never reach the area that pivots.

Attachment to handheld broke after three years
We purchased this product as part of a new build three years ago. It was working great until very recently my wife went to lift the handheld sprayer out of it's cradle and it literally fell apart. Seems like the pivot that connects the cradle to the wall mount corroded. This occurred after 3 years of normal use. This is not the type of quality I'd expect from a Kohler product.

CRADLE which Holds Hand Held Sprayer BROKE OFF!
After several years of use, the Cradle which holds the hand held sprayer broke off when I removed the hand held sprayer from the cradle. There was no stress applied. It just broke off. The rod connecting the cradle to the ball joint in the main body is too weak [too small in diameter]. Beautiful product, but the design is not robust and therefore failed. I give it no stars because failed its basic purpose.
I bought this product from a local reputable plumbing supply house.

Leaked
Like the other reviews said we also had a problem with this holder leaking. Kohler sent us a replacement right away and so far it's working fine. Fingers crossed! 5 Stars for great customer service but I honestly can't recommend the product due to it's reoccurring problem.

Difficult to Change
I have now tried two of these without success. The problem is that if you add a component after this is installed and then need to remove it, the components inside this elbow unscrew and fall out instead of the second component you added. Unfortunately the elbows inside components are secured with o-rings and once removed are extremely difficult to replace. For me, this is ridiculously difficult to use should you ever need to remove an item added to item. I gave up and order a simpler elbow without the inside vacuum breaker components.
