This shower arm was perfect for my needs. The S-curve lifted the shower head to just the right height. It is a nice, heavy pipe, and the flange fits snugly but does not scratch the finish. I had considered a cheaper pipe, but decided this one was the safer bet, since the upward curve began farther from the wall edge; my connection is sunk about 2 inches behind the wall surface, so if the curve is too close to the edge, that would present a problem. Over all, I am very happy.

This pipe cost more than I wanted to pay, but in the end I think it was the right dedision. I wanted to move the spray to a specific distance and angle from the wall, and this shower arm was just the right choice for my needs. There was a cheaper S-shaped alternative elsewhere, but after reading the reviews, I realized that I needed a pipe that was straight at the connection end, since my connection was nearly two inches deep in the wall. This one filled the bill to perfection. In addition, it is nice and heavy, and the flange does not dangle loosely, but fits snugly wherever it's placed. (I think the flange must have some kind of soft washer where it fits the arm; it's snug, but doesn't scratch the finish when it's moved along the arm.)

It looks great! needed the shower arm long enough to reach the connecter in my wall.

Stylish, functional, & sturdy I like that this shower arm gives added height and extension to the shower head. The wall flange is the perfect decorative touch that elevates this item from basic to luxurious.

Finally an arm long enough to clear the hanging rack that holds soap and shampoo and allows the metal tube to hang free.

We love the look of this shower arm. The finish it bright chrome an wipes off easily. Brought the shower head further out into the shower stall just as we wanted.

What can you say? It's a shiny pipe. Not much to go wrong. This shower arm is a nicer alternative to the standard 45 degree short shower arm put in nearly every track home in the country. We paired it with a Kohler Artifacts 72773-CP shower head and it looks very elegant. This shower arm stands out from the wall further than the standard pipe without losing height because of the upward curve which gives a very good coverage of spray in the shower. Much more expensive than the standard, but was by far the cheapest fixture in our bath remodel.
