biggest pieces of garbage I ever purchased. Bought 10 windows...
biggest pieces of garbage I ever purchased. Bought 10 windows and after waiting almost three months they came with no packaging(not normal for windows). Several of the windows would not close again after opening (before installation). I believe they were defective, sent back, and then sent to me. Home depot didn't seem to care, told me I could reorder and wait 4 months for replacements. I bought new windows from a local manufacturer. Done with home depot.

This replaced a drafty window in our bathroom. I am absolutly amazed at how much warmer our whole house is. It was installed last summer and now it is Thanksgiving. We live in Montana and it has been down into the teens. I love having a warm bathroom. Thank You.

Nice windows / cheap locks
Installation was simple . The locks on the sliders are SUPER cheap. They have a magnet that auto locks the window when closed but mine didn't work. I called Jeld Wen and sent out a tech and he said the locks weren't recessed deep enough. I found this issue with their door hinges too. I bought 4 of their doors. Other than the window locks the windows slide easy. I actually installed them for a porch. Kinda overkill for a porch but I wanted a window that wouldn't frost up in winter. I guess I'll find that out in 6 months. As for the locks. Jeld Wen is sending 2 new window panels to replace the bad locks. They do have excellent customer service. And they have 2 year accidental glass breakage coverage. Don't know how that works.
overall they were less than $200.00 for 2 new sliding windows with low-e glass. works for what I needed.
