I ordered the desert sand color right handed version. It was shipped with the install sticker upside down so it was put in wrong the first time. It was a left handed, not right. And one of the plastic rollers in the bottom was completely missing. Called customer service, they could only give me a measly 10% back, for a $300 window I got about $25. Gee, thanks. Also have to call the vendor to get my roller part ordered. Won’t but from here again.

Windows seem sturdy and they slide easily. Time will tell if the color fades or the double pane glass looses its gas.

Have not received yet! First one was lost by Home Depot local store and second one arrived with broken glass. Have not received 3 one yet!

My contractor said the measurements were off and that he had to make adjustment to the frame on one of the windows. The same window also is very loose and 'lifts-up' in the track and doesn't seem to fit snugly? Makes it seem very cheap the second window is fine it isn't like that one.

I just wrote a note about one of the other sizes I ordered for our new home build. All windows look great. delivered with everything working smoothly and the exterior finish the perfect color for our application. It was spray painted brown on white so am hoping that it will be durable as time passes. latches seem a bit small for the larger windows. Other wise they went in well and operate well.

The windows came as part of a whole house build. These along with the others seem to be built as expected and the finish on the outside looks great. Windows slide smoothly and the weather stripping seems to be ready to handle winter drafts. So glad for the screen on all the windows as we'll use them when we get days that provide a breeze with low humidity . The double pane glass seems to be sealed well and we look forward to good insulating value. The brown trim color looks great for our application Finally, the latches were operating smoothly and seem to lock ok but maybe a bit small for securing some of the larger windows we installed. All in all they look great and operate well at this time. THe order arrived weeks late for direct delivery. Called by Home Depot and informed I didn't need to be present and the windows would be delivered to a covered position and out of any likely rain. HOG WASH ! delivered ten feet off the back of the truck and dropped..

The first window we received was broken. The latch was broken and the springs were broken. We had to return the window and order another one which we still have not received the new window.

Very well made, shipping was faster then I expected.

Haven't installed this yet, but looks good!

No. this window arrived without a window screen. We purchased 3 windows last fall of the same model, style and color and they came with the window screen. I sent an email to Home Depot yesterday with no response yet. We are missing the window screen on this order

Window is very nice. My only complaint would be that there seems to be a few smears between that glass so they can't be cleaned.

Paint job was terrible, outside brown does not completely cover white in corners and screen section. Better quality control is needed to verify the window is painted correctly
