We took loan to replace our old windows which about were about 20 years old. We want to be comfortable believing new windows will be better and will make a great difference with regards to the desired temperature in summer and winter time and so somehow save more electricity bills.However to our dismayed, the newly installed windows were worst than our old windows. It has the following problems:1. Air leaks that cause condensation 2. Poor quality - you can see gaps in between the corners.3. Unprofessional customer service. We reported it but the respond took months.4. There was no resolution made and just wasted our money.

this window was easy to install and came packaged very securely in a protective crate.

Easy to install gave our kitchen remodel the natural light and view we where looking for.

This window was a great replacement for an outdated window plant box. The insulated glass stops all drafts that once existed and the view great and clear! Installation was easy and fast, once I had the rough opening planed and built. Just need to calk and trim out.

I received my window in good condition. Now all I have to do is install it. Thank you!

Quality is as expected. Delivery time was given as three weeks, but was six days late, which disrupted remodel timeline and contractor scheduling.

Holy moly there is one of these in a Wisconsin Home depot why can't you ship that one? The phone system is so awful. The delivery dates once they get missed never get updated. Guess I will have to wait for a mysterious charge on my card and call back to check. So absurd.

We bought 3 and lined them vertically in wall by staircase. They are perfect. They were delivered in a wooden crate. We are very happy

Good window for natural lighting in the bathroom. Simple..its framed low e glass. Have an exhaust fan so didn't need an operable window in this application. Seems fine so far.

Well manufactured easy to install

They are a quality window but they took 3 months to get. After unpacking them I noticed damage to the frame itself but opted to use it because of the wait times. It's on a second floor and isn't noticeable from that distance. If this was for a ground floor window it would have been returned. Overall I am happy I replaced the windows and I would recommend this company.

the window was fine in all regards except the delivery time was very late and caused schedule problems. I know everyone has trouble getting deliveries but best to let customer know the real time he can get it

Shipping and description of windows was terrible. Store communications were terrible also
