This window seems very well made and was delivered by a separate freight truck which handled it carefully and even called the day before for delivery instructions. It was totally encased with plywood which was easy to remove with a screwdriver. Instructions that came with it are good except for not making it clear which side is which -interior or exterior. I called customer service and a helpful woman found out for me. (Look for the tiny drip holes --they should be on the lower exterior side.) This window seems to be a very good value for the price.
