Installation wasn't too hard if you're somewhat handy and they worked perfectly for my needs. Didn't realize they dont have a casing/sill but will just use sheetrock and won't have to frame it.

Just received and installed this window. Very simple, but looks great. Keep in mind there is generally a 3 week lead time for these as I have ordered two of them. It comes paged very well in a custom wood crate.

Good quality for the money. Great that you carry very BASIC options in store or online... however if I can order , NOT IN STOCK, items on-line that only take weeks to get

Bronze window. One side was bronze, the other side is white. When I ordered a bronze window I would think both sides would be bronze. Should have looked at the fine print or the picture more closely.

this window is fine, luckily I ordered it months in advance, so the timing worked out perfectly. It arrived a month or so late just as I finished prepping the window opening for it.
