Once again, compared to other brand windows in THIS PRICE RANGE these are a great value. The reason for my five stars.If you are comparing them to every brand at all price ranges, no they are not the best. Installed one this size and four other sizes in a cabin in north central PA. no complaints at all. Packaged very well for shipping. The nailing flanges sometimes get a little bent during shipping but are easily repaired on site. (not a big deal) . Jeld-Wen warranty and customer service is also 5 stars.The desert sand color is also a plus,much nicer than the typical white vinyl .

Home owner
First order of windows had half of them warped. Second order had some damage as well. Corners of windows are sloppy snd require trimming to apply brick molding. Screens are out of square. The list of problems go on. Don't waste your money.
