I ordered 4 of these windows. 2 were perfect and installed easily and opened perfectly. I am not sure what happened with the other 2 windows. The internal tracks were off and so the window pane when opened rocked back and forth. Also the latch of the 2 windows is off and will not lock. I called to see if someone could be sent out to fix them but I was only told that I could return them. I would have to uninstall them and leave 2 large holes in my wall while I wait another 3 months for the replacement windows to be sent. They would not make new windows and then take back the defective windows once I received the new windows. I was able to get the interior tracks to slide better for now but I am not sure how long that will last. When they did not slide well, the window would move from side to side a good 1/4 inch. I am not sure what was going on in the factory the day the 2 windows was built, but now I am stuck. It is either send them back and "hope" to have 2 windows before winter, also putting off siding or live with the windows the way they are.

I would not have bought these if I knew they do not have extension along bottom to open window.
My wife has to call me. Window itself is good. just not user friendly to operate.
