bought this window to replace an old aluminium window on the beach side of the house it fit perfect no problem I had to retrim the outside now just waiting for the caulking to set up so we can paint

This was an easy install, looks great. Purchased 4 one had broken glass. Had to return thy cam next day to pick it up. Reordered and received new one quickly Had to do all this thru the .com site.

Window was ok - average quality but we had to send it back because it came with white vinyl on the inside and black on the outside. We had to wait three months to get this and were told it had black interior and exterior and it didn't so we had to reorder a Pella which will take another 4 to six weeks

It's a pretty window but the sliding mechanism does not...
It's a pretty window but the sliding mechanism does not work as well as I had hoped for. In short, the widow slides up and down unleveled. I am quite disappointed.

Thought this window was solid bronze. The method of ordering this window does not clearly show that it is two-toned.When selecting the color it only gives two options, white or bronze. It does not clearly state that the interior only comes in white.

The windows were not the quality expected. If we wanted spray painted windows we would have done it ourself so that we could repair the scratches.

I was extremely disappointed with this product. First I ordered a bronze finish exterior with a white interior. The expectation was that the entire window including the bronze was vinyl however the bronze is ONLY PAINTED ON and chips off easily. This is not what I ordered and a complete rip off by the manufacturer. Additionally there is glue showing on the edges of the window panes and the vinyl edges are rough, not smooth. Additionally there was a scratch in one of the panes from the factory. Awful. I would not recommend this product. Completely unsatisfactory, does not meet expectations, and poor quality.
