cheap and came scratched
The door came scratched in the package. I had to paint over the scratch to fix it. Its a cheap composite wood... closer to cardboard.

Not impressed
Door nicked up. Hinge pins falling out laying in box. Quality control seems non existent.

Special order door - no problem!
I needed my bifold closet door to match two adjacent doors in a hallway. Everyone carries louvered and 6-panel designs, but I had to special order the 4-panel design.
I ordered online, had it shipped to our local store in Topsham, and picked it up when it came in. I was informed by email and called by store personnel when it shipped and when it arrived, and it came in earlier than expected. Thanks!

The product looks and feels like a more expensive wood door
Very easy to install. After painting the door it looks great.
Now I have to replace my other closet door
