The packaging could have been better. The door seems to be fine. The framing was stapled which could have been better since they were sticking up. One hinge was not screwed in all the way.

Took over a month to receive it.

If I had time to return the door and wait for another one, I would have! It’s chipped in two places, the plug was missing, it’s out of square due to extremely poor packaging.

Poor doors, lots of bad areas to sand before painting.

A pretty badic door suze and its on a 6-8 week lead time. Doers do better !!!!

The description is not correct...these are hollow core, not mdf solid core. The pics and description are wrong. the specs are correct in the fine print... but who looks that close. I ordered these and had them installed... now I have to replace them. Not happy! Nice doors, if you want hollow core, however.

Door is beautiful, however we were expecting a solid core and this is not.

The only reason I am not giving five stars is because I noticed a defect in one of my doors when painting. I am not sure how to describe it, but it was like a hard bubble that would match the size of a quarter.

We ordered the right hand door, but received a left hand door. After waiting so long for the door, we just decided to try and flip it ourselves. We absolutely understand that with the pandemic things are all a bit crazy, but this was still very disappointing.

Good design and perfect size

I was very frustrated when I received the door because its did not match the dimensions I was planning on receiving, and there are no returns for doors. I picked the door based off of what the website said in regards to actual door dimensions when the dimensions they gave included the jamb, and I did not want the measurement including the jamb. It caused me to have to change the opening of my door which was a huge mess.

Well put together door with good fit and finish

All 4 doors I ordered are aligned and sturdy. Door and frame are well primed making it easy to paint the finish coat. Doors were package securely during shipping, there were no damage. I'm happy with this product.

Where the hinges are in the door and also where the doorhandle and striker plate of meet are very poorly done. The striker plate had to be relocated on three out of five doors and all the hinges have wood filings still attached to them they were never cleaned properly

Hinges aren’t aligned correctly- I have had to hire a handy man to come fix the door so I can even hang it. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this door .

Great looking door, but the pre-painted option was not applied very well. It had a very rough finish for a pre-painted door. I was expecting a better paint job for the additional cost.
