This was the only door available in the market to match all my other interior doors. I needed one to add to a new room we built in the house. We wanted a pre-hung door but regrettably this exact door was only available as a slab. All that said it took a bit over a month to get it once ordered. The quality of the detail around each indentation is horrible. The router bit left the groove detail very coarse, inconsistent, and not smooth. Our carpenter is using alot of sandpaper and wood filler/putty, at extra cost, to make it look right and presentable. I would have returned it but couldn’t wait another 30 days for a replacement that might have been of the same poor quality. All in all I wouldn’t recommend this product unless stuck like me needing the exact same dimensions and relief cut out size, shape and proportions.

Fit just like it was suppose to. Was what I ordered. All good.

The house I'm selling has this style door and this was very expensive compared to the 6-panel doors that you stock.

This is a direct replacement but there is no precuts made for hinges and handle/lock. Unfortunately there is also no option to order cuts and you need to make them yourself.

The door delivered did not match the sizes noted in the description. The description for the Door Slab (SKU #1000353218) stated a 30" x 80" door would actually be 31-11/16" x 80-7/16", when in fact it was exactly 30" x 80".

TOOK SEVERAL WEEKS TO ARRIVE AT THE STORE. PRODUCT WAS AS EXPECTED.

These doors a well made. I have worked on Jeld-wen doors in the past and I am happy with their product. I also use trie windows.

It was just what I needed and arrived sooner than expected

The doors are easily damaged in the edge. I liked the previous version of Jeld-wen interior doors that had a textured surface much better. They look nicer and much more durable than the current doors that appear to have taken their place.

Had to replace my door. This was an exact match and arrived much more quickly than they predicted originally. Picked it up at the store. Also got a kit to do the routing for the hinges so install was a breeze.

It was to replace a bedroom door and my doors are textured so it was noticeable being close to another door.. The style was the same... just not textured.

The size of the door it was great, but it was flat and did not match the doors in my house. the doors in my house looks like has some kind of patterns on them, but the door I received from Home Depot don’t have this kind of pattern on it.

They were. Nice doors. Matched what we already have.

Door needed to be trimmed by 1/8" on each side. It was incredibly difficult to trim, which resulted in the door being damaged beyond usability, completely wasting my time and money. This was not user error.

If you're looking to waste some time, these are the doors for you, if not, save yourself, and DONT get these. I'm single, I just bought a new house, and I really shouldn't be trusted with more than a screwdriver. My house came with cheap hollow single panel doors that got banged up while moving in. So I was super excited to hear I could order these with the hinges pre installed to where my existing hinges are. I spent a solid hour in the store ordering 4 of these, each with different hinge locations. The store associate checked and double checked that the order was entered correctly, and this was confirmed on my special order sheet. It was an additional $40 approx, per door, to customize them, but it seemed worth it since I had no way of doing the hinges myself. After about 3 weeks they came in, I went to the store, rented a truck, bought some paint, loaded the doors, got them inside my house 1 at a time, went back to the store, returned the truck, got back in my car, went home, and was excited to at least install 1 since it was already 10pm. I took off my door, lined the new one up to put it in place....but...the hinges didn't line up....???!! How could that be?? Turns out, all of the door hinges were placed at 7" and 71". NONE OF THE CUSTOMIZING was done. NONE. Every single one was the same, and not a single one matched any of my doors! The next day, I somehow got these in my small SUV by leaving the tailgate open, and since I had no idea what I was doing, used a ridiculous amount of twine to secure them, then drove 15mph back to the store. The associate handling my return said this happens all the time. WOW. That was even more maddening. Why does HD continue work with this manufacturer? The doors themselves were a lot lighter and hollow than I had been expecting, I was replacing cheapo $30 hollow flat doors, and these aren't much of an upgrade except for the 2 panel design. They look nice but thats where it ends. I didn't re-order them because HD said they have no way of making sure that it doesn't happen again. This experience been nothing but a giant waste of my time that I will never get back. oh and i cracked one of my existing doors taking it off, so now i cant put it back on.

DON'T BUY THIS DOOR.. I BOUGHT 8 OF THEM AND WHEN I WENT TO RETURN THEM, HOME DEPOT REFUSED TO TAKE THEM BACK. THEY SAID IT WAS A "SPECIAL ORDER DOOR". ANYTHING THAT ISN'T IN THE STORE IS CONSIDERED SPECIAL ORDER AND THEY WON'T TAKE THEM BACK. I SAW THEY WERE ON SALE, SO THAT IS WHY I BOUGHT THEM. IT IS REALLY ODD THEY NEVER SAID THESE DOORS WEREN'T RETURNABLE WHEN I PURCHASED THEM. I WAS RETURNING THEM BECAUSE I WANTED TO PLACE MY DOOR HANDLE IN THE SPACE BETWEEN THE TWO PANELS. MY CONTRACTOR POINTED OUT THAT SPACE IS ONLY 29/30 INCHES HIGH AND THE "NORMAL" DOOR HANDLE IS PLACED AT 36 INCHES. THE DOOR HANDLE PLACED AT 36 INCHES MAKES THE DOOR LOOK REALLY ODD. IT ISN'T WHAT I WAS EXPECTING . NOW I'M OUT OVER $300. WHATEVER HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT HOME DEPOT. BUYER BEWARE

These are nice doors - I had to order online, which was a super simple and easy process -- allow me to get what i really wanted. The bummer now is that our house isnt perectly straight and we have had to cut and shave each door (7 total) to fit our door jams. But, the work is paying off, as they look beautiful! I would totally recommend!

The slab is lighter than the 6 panel fake wood grain door slabs sold in stock at Depot but has a better sound insulation rating. These slabs can also be ordered as solid core for more money. The 2 panel make the house look custom instead of off the shelf like every other newer home.

I love this product and looks great installed. We received a great price for these solid doors.
