Good solid door. I'm a total amatuer when it comes to carpentry, but I was able to install this in no time. Had a slight grating sound at first like sand in the hinges...a little WD-40 fixed that right up. Nice and quiet when closed. I did an really flush installation for the hinges (not recommended) and it still worked great.

I ordered two doors one hollow one solid. The hollow one I had to send back because of water damage to the bottom. I was hoping to get a solid wood door with solid casing. The door seemed solid until I started the install. What a piece of JUNK. The door is injected to make it "solid." The case is MDF not even wood! The paint was not even, and thin enough in spots I can almost see the MDF door base. This is not a good door, and if I had not installed it and seen even more flaws I would return it. Also, the doors overall width was narrower than what the order stated by about 1/2 inch. Very dissatisfied. I am thinking of canceling the replacement hollow door just from fear that it will be even worse.

One of the door panels has a missing chip in the corner and the surface paint is black stuff on it like mold , the door looks like they used an old stock messed up door. I would like to have a new door replacement . . . We paid for a new door not some old messed up door that I have to repair before putting in place . . . we’ll see if this goes anywhere . . . Home Depot refused to price match to 174.00 the only difference was this one is primed i dont find that such an issue. What really should be important is how much money you spend there and most importantly keep the customer happy

Doors are in very bad shape and poorly made

The top hinge was not properly set into the cutout on the door. I had to unscrew the hinge, chisel the cutout to match the hinge, before it would fit properly. That is the very thing I was trying to get away from by ordering a door in a frame, instead of a slab. And though I paid a considerable amount of extra $$ to have a solid core door, the wood where the hinge is screwed on the door is very thin with nothing behind it, so the screws don't hold well. Wish HD would find another, better door supplier.

Never even accepted the door....i spent the money on a door that was painted white. Upon pick up they only paint the door and not the frame which is dumb and you can tell it was the quickest spray paint job because spots were missed and there were scuffs and scrapes unacceptable for a plain door for 400 dollars imho

We originally purchased one for our coat closet off our living room and ordered another for our guest bath that has a linen closet in it! It's a great little door for both rooms! It fits perfect for our limited bathroom space, and matches all of our interior doors, so that's a huge plus! Perfect!!! The only thing to complain about was the wait time in getting it, it took months, but was worth the wait! :-)

Doors are garbage, chip to easily and not taken care of at the store level.

What a piece of junk. The hinge screws were never pre-drilled so the jambs are splitting from the screws. Though not allof them are splitting because some of the hinges are missing screws. Garbage

For the price I paid it should have came with the trim as well like all the other pre hung doors do

Door jams were chipped and assembled incorrectly. Thinking this was a one off from the factory but who knows.

This appears to be a good product for what it is intended for. Well constructed and exactly as it was described. My door arrived undamaged and ready for installation. One great feature is the finished skin, almost Melamine like, that is over-laid onto the jamb that in effect would really require no painting. Nice door.

It came in excellent shape and a month earlier than originally estimated.
