Delivery took 4 weeks. Delivery guys were great and moved the doors right into the garage for me. The door itself has a large black smudge on one side. The casing was damaged, and the door face (laminated) came apart away at the corners and had to be glued back in place. Not cool when you expect a solid door.

Item was as advertised. Fit and finish were good. Good product.

Chips and nicks all over

I removed the door by taking it off the hinges to cut the bottom of the frame. When I replace the door on the hinges, it would not shut. It kep binding on the stop on the hinge side. I finally had to shim under the hinges to get the door to close. But now there is a gap on the upper oustide hinge side of the door. I tried many things to try to correct the problem. I would have returned it, it I already had not scuffed the door, because it would not close.

The door and overall construction is great. For being an 18" wide door, tells me that 99% of the time is going to he used as a closet door. I'm not sure why they don't make a hollow one. If they do I couldn't fine one. I thought it was a little pricey for what it is as well. Its definitely a good solid door!

These doors are solid and reduce noise very well. These doors are non-mortised (not routed for hinges or drilled for door knobs) so make sure you have the ability to do those things before purchasing. For my purposes, one huge benefit to these doors is that I was installing them into a very old home that had 29" wide doors, a very unusual size probably custom built by the builder. I purchased the 30 X 80 and cut them down 1/2" on each size and still had plenty of wood inside the door to hold the hinge screws securely. Much easier than replacing all of the old frames, which we did not want to do in any case since they were very beautiful.

It was a special order, so I got it in about a month after ordering it. It's pretty well built door made of wood and wood particles. It's rather heavy, though. However, it hangs on two hinges instead of three without any issues. I still had to cut some off from the top and trim sides to make it fit. The door looks great after installation.

We had to replace the door to our laundry room and chose this door. It looks beautiful, muffles much of the noise from our washer and dryer, and was easy to hang.
