Veneer began to peel the day after install. I would recommend avoiding this maker.

The the door knob and it’s recess in the frame were 1/4” off

I was not impressed for what I paid for it. There were chips in the finish on the jam and the door did not fit the jam well, it was super tight and I had to do a lot of modifying to get it to fit right.

When I ordered my doors I specifically wanted them finished. Well, the frame is not finished like the door, so painting is needed. Ridiculous.

The Door was in good shape as expected. I Have a HUGE problem with the design changes/differences. The Door-stop molding on this door was pressed fiber, different profile than my other doors and GLUED to the frame. First of all, I am ordering the same manufacturer door so that they are the same!!! NOT True, I need a way to specify the door stop molding shape and have them NOT GLUE it to the frame. MAJOR rework to scrape off the door stop molding to put on my matching profile. BAD, BAD, BAD to change manufacturing designs on the same line of doors.

I was so happy I could have this delivered to my home. It looks so good I feel like I need to upgrade the rest of the doors in the hallway. It was fairly easy to install (would have been very easy if I had someone to help me), and took the door handle with ease. I really wish I had the money to upgrade the other 3 doors in the hall. But I am happy with the purchase. It looks great and works smoothly.

This door is gorgeous! We used the 'quick door hangar' (great product)...installed in 15 mins completely square. Looks amazing, and great quality.

I ordered two of the these doors for a renovation project. The finish and quality of these doors is exactly what I was expecting for the price. The pre-painted finish is nicely coated and is clearly well made and very durable. My contractor accidently scratched one of the doors with a metal trim piece after installation and amazingly the scratches whipped right off the door with a microfiber cloth and some water. Very impressed. The only place where corners were cut is during the packaging and shipping process. For shipping, the doors were secured to a pallet with vertical wood braces. Despite having the entire width of the unfinished door jamb to screw the vertical supports to hold the door, the shipping department decided to screw the supports in through the end of the finished door resulting in screw holes that needed to be patched in the ends of the door. Very frustrating considering the Jeld-Wen factory clearly took careful measures to package the doors and keep them protected.
