horrible
These doors came prepainted but the door jams were only primed. What's the point? And the door stops were cut wrong and poorly installed with huge gaps. My contractor called Jeldwen and they said they would ship new door stops. After 2 weeks, still no door stops. Home Depot doesn't know what's going on and neither does Jeldwen. My contractor resorted to buying door jams himself and cutting and installing them correctly.

The door was delivered ahead of schedule, but it had a nickel size flaw in the upper right corner on one side. It looks like FOD got under the smooth top skin during the lamination process. I did not take a chance on sanding it down. Installed it as is. Considering the price and the stated delivery time for this type of door, I would think the quality control should be much better.

why is this taking so long
I am seeing this will not be delivered until almost 2 months. I can not wait this long and would like to switch my order to something i can get immediately. Please assist. Thank you.

This is a cheap quality door that scratches easily. The biggest issue is that the color is wrong; it's not actually white but a very light grey. The door looks terrible when installed into a door frame that is actually white. It also means you can't touch up any marks on the door.

Door edges need to be painted better. I spoke to jeldwen on July 30 to get touch up paint kit. They said they were sending it right away. Still have not received it. Called again August 14 and left message. No one had returned call yet.

Excellent Purchase with Excellent Price!
These doors are an incredible value for the money (they were on sale when I purchased them). They are top quality with semi-gloss bright white pain. The only thing is that they had no door knob opening or hinge pre-drilled holes, so I had a friend do those for me.

however it took 1 month to deliever to store.... if in a hurry get a door that's in store..

Great door
Could not find solid core 18" door for the closet in store, so I've ordered online. Delivery took longer than expected, but it worth the wait - the quality was very good for the price.
