Photos are just a few issues associated with these doors! It would have been better to just ship the trims separate instead of poor installation. We had to disassemble half of them because the headers were stapled crooked! Big waste of time & money!!!

I don't know if the standard for solid core has changed but when I had to shorten one door for a special application of a pocked door, I found out that it is not solid. Very disappointed in the quality of this product and the misleading representation of "Solid Core"

Did the job. Latch plate opening on door was not routed out enough causing me more work. Terribly over priced. But an 18 inch prehung door is hard to find.

For this price, you would assume that buying a "painted" prehung door would mean that the door AND the casing would come finished and painted. NOPE. The casing was just primed. Now we get to spend the extra time and money to match this "white" color and paint the casing to match. Still shocked this door is over $400 and still needs work to be done.

Good product quality.

This is a $50 door, not one penny more!!! The pricing listed has to be an error. Over $400 for this tiny door???????????

I asked for and ordered I thought a prehung door that I assumed would come with the trim attached just like it is on all the other prehung doors. Because it wasn';t I had to purchase a trim package that only comes in natural wood so I would have to paint it. So I used the old trim which was dinged up. Sad I wasn't told it doesn't come this way.

Excellent. I wish all of the doors that you buy out of the rack were of this quality. The paint priming job was fantastic. There was almost no need to paint the door. Also the pre cut slots for the door handle fit perfectly. The ones off of the rack you had to cut additional material. not the special order door, it was just right.

Waited a ling time but got it and installed it . Seriously decent custom order .

Didn’t fit right- didn’t close correctly- had to be shaved down and adjusted- very expensive

The door was in good shape and worked fine. It was nice to have it pre-painted to save time but that made it expensive.

Screw holes for bottom hinge were oversized...screws were loose and one fell out of bottom hinge.. door is not cut right in two places....closing door puts pressure on lower corner below hinge...not impressedwith the product!!!!!(

We bought all new JELD-WEN interior doors. All of them installed properly but this one. It took my boyfriend 3 1/2 hours to install it due to problems with the frame. Additionally, once he finally got it installed he proceeded to install the handles. During installation of the lock, the door split above and below the lock about an 1 1/2". This door was $ 125 more than the full size doors and it splits like this? Complete junk! We are going to wood fill and re-paint but I would NOT recommend this door.

Due to things beyond our control, we have not been able to install yet. I was happy with all services up to receiving the door. It is what I wanted and appreciate it! I’m positive I will be happy with it after installation in a few days. Thank you!

It clearly states in the Specs under "detail" Hollow Core.

the quality of the product was perfect ... as for customer service in the store, less than satisfactory. the product sat in the store for almost 4 weeks and was not notified until the day before they said it " there too long and was going to ship it back if I didn't come get it" . meanwhile that was the same day I received the email that it available. the attitude of the associate quite poor.

With a coat of quality paint, this door appears more expensive than it actually is! Function is outstanding! Doorknob cutout was precisely located to the cutout in the jamb for the striker plate.

I have replaced 9 of twelve interior doors using this product and I have 3 more doors and three sets of bi-folds to go to complete the project. I find these doors to be squarely built and easy to install by myself. However, the finish quality on at least half of them has been poor to average. This isn't readily noticeable at delivery as several doors are bundle together on pallets.

Very good quality product. It's an oddball size, so I had to order it online. Took several weeks to get, but came as described and fit well.

This is probably as good as it gets for a hollow core interior door. It's nothing special, after all it's a door, but appears well made, straight and true with good appearance. If you don't mark it up during installation and like white you really don't even need to paint it.

Very poor made doors, cheap material. Door was supposely solid core but sounded very hollow. Hinges were binding and lock cylinder did not line up with door jamb hole.
