I bought this door for a customer to match existing doors in their house. As I’m installing door I ran into several issues. 1) large uneven gap at top of door with no way to adjust except to raise the hinges. The door stop almost didn’t cover. 2) hinges looked like a 5 year old mortised them out. Not clean cuts what so ever and hinges were not recessed enough causing the door to not shut properly 3) door stop was too close to door and hit. I had to adjust that as well + more it won’t let me type

Door was split where they factory mounted the door hinges. Door also not square. Waited over a month from a trash door

This EXACT same prehung door. 30”, right hand. White. JeldWen Santa Fe - is literally less than half the price at Lowe’s. Closer to 1/3 as much. Identical product. Insane.

We loved the door but my carpenter had to add a casing . Which cost me more money. Overall i am pleased

I spent extra money to have the doors come painted, but painted according to Jeld-Wen and painted according to me are totally different. Painted to me means I won't have to paint them and that was not the case. They came a little better than primed but these doors will have to be painted again to be suitable. Consider that before you buy.

Hinges were not properly installed (flush with the door). Had to redo the mortise.

Santa Fe white is actually a few shades from Gray. I would not call it white. Also-- They don't paint the jamb. What a waste of time and money.

Quality well built door. All 9 doors arrived in near perfect condition. I would say don't hesitate order JELD-WEN doors. Had some minor issues like missing screws from one of the hinges. But we are very happy with the doors. Well done JELD-WEN.

Home Depot notified us that the door was ready to pick up. When we went to pick it up, we found that it was severely damaged and are having a new one made. We feel that Home Depot could have taken a more proactive approach and note the damage at receipt.

Door installed normally with minimal shimming or adjusting, I'm just a DIY guy who finished a bedroom in my basement. Price seemed a little high however for what it is. I just don't see a lot of precise engineering or quality or novelty to justify what these pre-hung doors cost. Then again, maybe it's the cost of the pre-hung concept where you don't have to build out the entire door frame?

Purchased to match the doors installed during renovation/addition to home. These doors are of much higher quality than interior doors sold in the store. Took 3 months to get here due to special order but well worth the wait.

This is a really nice pre-hung door. I only gave it four stars on appearance because the door jam molding was assembled poorly. It was perfectly straight from the top down to about twelve inches from the bottom. Then it curved in past the center line of the frame, so that the door can't shut tightly against it. Other than that, it installed easily, and I particularly like the finish on the door.

I absolutely love the look of these doors. 2 out of the 7 doors came and they are slightly warped, but my contractor said they hopefully will straighten out. I too hope for that. Now for the shipping.... the way my product was wrapped to prevent damage and shipped.... TOTALLY PRICELESS. I bet it took someone a good 3 hours to have wrapped my doors in protective cloth, put cardboard on the outside to prevent damage to door frame, stack and screw into the pallet, shrink wrap. I have bragged about this shipment for days now to people and how happy and impressed I am! It shows a lot of care from your company on delivering a good product!!!! Thank you
