JELD-WEN did not honor Warrenty
One of my JELD-WEN wood windows completely rotted. Even though the JELD-WEN rep said my window was covered by warrenty, the company would not replace the window. They made some lame excuse and refused to communicate any more.

Windows were exactly as described . Dimensions were very precise, and install was very easy. The only problem I had was three windows arrived with damage . Because the damage was on the nailing flanges I was able to repair and install them and hide the damage. Shipping or packaging?

Window is well made and was easy to install. The only issue is that it seems to be a bit difficult to open and close as if feels if something is binding at one point on the slides.

good product, confusing descrption
The window arrived before expected. Packed extremely well. Looked great and was easy to install. Great value.
No that being said, I thought I was ordering an all wood window from the description. Title just confused me. Be careful!! Otherwise satisfied purchase.
