The new door was a perfect fit, arrived as planned...
The new door was a perfect fit, arrived as planned and installation was easy. The glass features made the entry area much lighter and brighter. We are very happy with this purchase.

DO NOT BUY THIS DOOR
To say I'm dissatisfied is not even close to how I feel about this door. It came in damaged from the manufacture but it wasn't until it was installed that we discovered it. Of course we needed a front door (not a hole) jeld-wen and Home Depot's online customer service was pathetic. Unwilling to help. and provide service after the sale. Needless to say we had to purchase a door elsewhere (which is fabulous) and have returned this poorly made product to a company that has lost touch of what customer service means.

Awesome door.
Just had this door installed Saturday, Dec. 8. Very nice quality. Glass obscurity rating should be a 10. You can't see through the glass at all. Very Private. Great price for a great door.

Beautiful door, excellent ship time.
Overall this is a beautiful door for the price. Remember, this is a steel door, not fiberglass and it is a 2 X 4 construction, not 2 X 6. We installed in a new home and did not inquire if it was 2X6 which is what the frame of our home is, so there was extra trim work done to make it presentable.
