So far, easy to instal, I did remove the mullion (the plastic window squares) to paint the inside...
So far, easy to instal, I did remove the mullion (the plastic window squares) to paint the inside and outside of them. The sealant they use is a sticky mess and wasn't really sealing the window (a few spots didn't have the sealant in places I feel it should be, like the bottom of the window had skips). I painted my door passion red from modern style and it looks just like the door they want almost a thousand dollars for. Frame was built nice, no problems at all with installation. For me, it was a great purchase. I would recommend to anyone with some sort of carpentry experience. DIYers, watch U tube videos and read, you can do it, but make sure you at least have some knowledge of door installation.

Solid well built door with a small assembly error. A misplaced screw prevented the threshold from adjusting. Removed seal, cut off screw all good.

The door has an exposed nail in the brickmold. ...
The door has an exposed nail in the brickmold. Also had a staple that missed the top door jamb and stuck into the edge of the door. I sent pictures of each to Home Depot customer service. Also, the door weather striping doesn't work at about 3" of the side where the door shuts. Can see daylight.

Beautiful and well made door
Very happy with this door. I did have a professional install it as it was whole brand new door opening. He also put in a doggy door. Looks great , closes quietly and snugly. Very pleased with product.

Great look and easy install
I took out a window and replaced it with a pre-hung 12 lite door. The door was shipped to my local Home Depot store. Packaged very well. Got the door home and installed it in less than a day. ( Had to take out the old window and knock out some brick veneer.) Installed this by myself and very happy with look and the product.
