Reorders 14 doors twice - received 2 damaged doors
I have ordered and reorders 14 doors twice. The first time they sent me only two and they were chipped and damaged, the rest never arrived. The reorder never arrived either. I talked probably 50 times combined to Home Depot and jedwen to make sure I receive the doors. Both companies lie and don’t deliver. Don’t waste time and money with them.

Heavy Solid beautiful doors.
Doors are beautiful. Had to rent a truck to pick-up, sadly, as others stated, 2 were damaged. One just slightly, i kept that but other had to be reordered. I kinda expected this based on other reviews. Don’t understand why Jeld-Wen or Home Depot can’t get it together.

The door itself is nice, however it has chips in...
The door itself is nice, however it has chips in it that need extra work. I’m trying to change around a few doors in my home and it has been the worst experience with Home Depot. They arrive damaged with nicks and splits. I had one door delivered to my home damaged about 2 months ago and I’m still waiting for them to pick it up. It was crated in wood and still damaged on the bottom. So, I’ve had this crated door on the floor inside my house waiting 2 months for pick up. It’s been a nightmare.

The door is elegant to look at. Dresses the entire Master bedroom.
Watching a movie this past SUNDAY…Band Wagon-Fred Astaire…1953 movie.Door was part of his bedroom . Wish I could afford to replace my other door to the 2nd bedroom etc.

If you really want to make a statement then buy...
If you really want to make a statement then buy these doors. I never thought doors could make such a difference but these do!! But bring two people because they are heavy, solid and beautiful!
Worth every penny.

Love the doors but this is 2nd time we have...
Love the doors but this is 2nd time we have had to reorder. First time they came in both doors damaged reordered and then one door damaged. Takes about 11/2 months for them to come once ordered so big deal. Been waiting since first order which was in September now middle of January and still waiting

This door is very steady. Good quality and primed well....
This door is very steady. Good quality and primed well. I took a little 220 sanding block to the rough parts but overall it didn’t need any sanding.
