They are EXTREMELY hard to close. And I believe that the locks will break relatively quickly due to the difficulty of getting them to the locking position.

The last 3 windows I ordered came without screens. After the long delay in shipping this was a big disappointment. Will definitely look at a different manufacturer in future projects.

Overall a good value. Some imperfections in the sealant bead around the glass that are mostly unnoticeable. Also there were sticker labels on the sealing surface that are difficult to remove in one piece. Now only time will tell if they lose the airtight seal between the panes, so 4 stars for now.

They are a good window. My only problem is that there is no lop on the bottom window for me to grab to close it. But that is my problem.

Shipping container was built to protect even from the worst otr driver. Not a scratch on it. Measurements were depot on making installation a breeze. Will buy again

I still have no received the screen so at this point not real happy about them. The windows seem to be great and easy to install. Would love to open them this week is cooler but still have not gotten my screens.

Ordered two windows and received two different closures, one with a double latch and one single latch. Single latch window is of suspect quality. Long leadtime, and then disappointment.

Haven't installed yet. Weather pending. Am satisfied with look, craftsmanship, etc. Glad I got then. Even if wait was long.

just received order for 11 windows. all 11 were ordered with screens and even Jeld Wen tags said with screens. Not one window had a screen. HD Reps were great but was told 3 weeks or more to get screens. Install directions on several were for door install not windows. it makes me wonder about quality control.Several windows have what appears to be caulking on the frames that has to be scrubbed off. Have installed one window and it looks good This is the second time I have ordered Jeld Wen windows for a whole house. First time was great, Next time will conciser other brand.

easy to install and was exactly as described

I just received and installed a replacement sash and I do have to compliment Jeld Wen and their rep, Kerry, for responding so quickly. All of this was taken care of by e mail so I didn't have to spend any time at home waiting for someone to verify my claim. It was just cracked glass and they didn't hassle me at all I would advise anyone purchasing any of Jeld Wen's products to save copies with dates for any future reference. Also check their warranty, the replacement was free of charge.

The window is a well built window. However when you measure the rough opening also take into consideration the size of the window you are replacing. If you use only the rough opening measurement your window might be to big and require modifications to install.

Product was what it said it was. I am happy with what I got.
