Purchased July 2015. The pre-hung frame was not square from the factory, being an 1/8'' higher on the handle/lock side. The door began to buckle from the sun, and you could hear the inner glue popping from inside the door as it dented itself. I do have a storm door and I lowered the top glass to vent at the top as they recommended. They state the heat on the black door my damage it if not vented. Due to the door bending it made the handle and deadbolt loose as well as exposing light from the broken seal because the door is no longer flat. They mailed me a replacement door, but through the process Jeld-Wen made me feel like it was my fault, reiterating the fact that the top must be vented if using a stormdoor, as if they didn't believe me. I've never so many issues with a brand new complete door before. I'm not going through the trouble of removing the entire jamb, but I will be ordering a new solid wood door from a different company. It's just hard to find quality products or quality companies anymore.
