Open joints, screws showing through wood. Warped door so sides don't seal and you see daylight. Would have taken it back but had already installed doggie door.

I will NEVER order one again. ...
I will NEVER order one again. Brickwork molding looked liked it had been through a shaper but never sanded. before painting. AND when the plastic carring handle was installed it bent / pushed lock side molding 1/2 " to inside. Had to remove it; use glue and decent nails to get it back into correct position. This was after a 8 week order .. After removing previous door I had cut it up for rubish MY MISTAKE........ could not replace it and take this USLESS Door back to Home Depot.

Very Pleased with door. Came with deadbolt pre-drilled. Jam not so good. finger jointed in two places 4 inches apart right by the lock. One joint broke apart while handling the door. Had to re-clamp & add metal tie for strength. Will replace the jam at some point. Not impressed with Threshold plate either; Thin Aluminum plate & plastic finisher.

It’s a pretty good door once you pull out all...
It’s a pretty good door once you pull out all of the misplaced staples and add a ton of screws to hold it together. The other nice thing is how a burglar can drive the pens right out of the hinges and remove the door from the outside.
