VERY disappointed first door took longer to get delivered than expected/ day of delivery I get a call from driver that door was damaged but I still accepted it due to that I was told we could warranty. upon installation very poor craftsmanship/ paint was flawed/ small dent/ door jamb chiped/ scuffs interior and exterior of the door. Then jeld wen did not want to warranty the door and had to get my local homedepot where I shop everyday to return and purchase a new one. I special order products for my clients all the time. I would try to avoid jeld wen in this department of special orders as much as possible

this has been a slow distressing and very long process...
this has been a slow distressing and very long process to get the door I ordered. i finally got the correct door.... there was a small flaw or dent in the front. it was installed, but I am very dissapointed with the company.dont they have people to check these things before they are sent out?.
