Hmm, where should I start.. first you deliver our windows in 3 different days instead of the one day you originally said they would be, with about a 10 minute notice..Then I have 3 windows damaged out of 13. Not happy at all.

Service was HORRIBLE!!!! The window was 2 months late, the wrong size and wrong color. The staff at the #0406 store was awesome!!!... But corporate was HORRIBLE. Zero attempt to make things right and consequently created a loss on the job for me and a very upset customer

Window is nice but the Jeld Wen customer service is terrible! It took 8 weeks to get my windows and when I did get them they shorted me one window and all the screens! Home Depot made it right and credited me but my builder needed that one window and now I don’t have a window in my kitchen. Jeld Wen customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen...they hung up on Home Depot customer representative and put us on hour long holds! Home Depot was great but I will never buy Jeld Wen again!

These windows are beautiful. I love the black...
These windows are beautiful. I love the black exterior. They are well made and came crated I've done two homes with them and only one came broken. I would LOVE it if the interior color was black too!!
