Extremely heavy particle board that was water damaged beyond repair. With a very long lead time I would not order another.

If you are buying these doors pre-hung, I hope you have a belt sander, chisel, and a lot of time. The door itself is what we were looking for, but lax assembly standards meant four of five pre-hung interior doors we purchased required days of additional work before they would properly close. When taking the doors out of the boxes, you can see areas where the jamb is touching the door, and other areas over 3/4" out from the door. The basic factory hinges had 1/16" to 1/8" of play in them, and most weren't fully set in the mortises. Go get some replacement hinges. Then plan on time to re-set every hinge in mortises that aren't true or too shallow for the factory hinges (now your new hinges). Then re-drill screw holes that weren't flush with the door edge. And then plan to sand down the edges of the door to fit the jamb. Or you can live with some doors that aren't very good at being doors. The edges of this line of door aren't beveled, so any hinge issues will also cause the doors to catch on the jamb, if they weren't so hinge bound. Would not recommend buying these pre-hung. After all that work though, they look pretty good.

These MDF doors are decent looking but have some quality issues. First off, they are not 1 3/8". (1.375) I have ordered 6 of them at different times and each was 1 7/16". Not a big deal in most situations but was problematic for the pocket door installation I used two of them in. They should be able to manufacturer to the quoted specs. One of them had a bevel panel corner knocked off. It was half-filled with spackle and left unsanded or primed. It was hidden past the edge of the cardboard edge protectors so I didn't see it until I was installing it and was stuck with it. I was able to repair it without a lot of effort but shouldn't have to. Like many installations, I needed to cut a bit off the bottom. I only trimmed off 3/4" and that didn't leave any solid material on bottom. I was left with the outside 3/8" mason panel edges and a hollow center. I had to glue a filler strip to make is solid on bottom again. They should provide more edge material like what is done for the upright edges.
