Overpriced for not being touch activated

Really Moen? Unlike most faucets w/a tube having all tubing pass through it-this has supply & output tubing to the right which makes the supplied plastic hand tool a must. THE FLAW. You can't centre it on the sink. That plastic tool? It forces the faucet left of centre (~3/8") as the edge of the tool is not magically 0" thk & then the tubes are against the raw edge. I had to grind 3 notches in the sink to let the tubes go right enough to get even close. I got close-not perfect without binding

this faucet was easy to install with () this video. first ever faucet installed, only downside is the soap dispenser and faucet sprayer are plastic which I don't like as it's 300$ and the rest is metal

New unit leaks at control lever. Not impressed. Hope to be able to return it to HD.

We love this faucet. It was a fairly easy install and it works great. The look is sleek and just what I wanted. Pressure is great and I love having the button to pause the flow of water. No issues or leaks, etc. I would definitely recommend this faucet to anyone considering it.

I purchased this faucet yesterday to pair with a new sink. After spending the day getting the old sink out and hooking up the new facuet and sink I thought I was done. Only to find this nice new faucet leaking from the handle. I called the Home Depot and they said they could replace it, but only if I removed the defective one and brought it in. So I ended my day racing back to replace the defective model so that we would not be without a sink another day. IT was very disappointing to get that far in a project only to have something that should be the easy part cause such a headache. I did take the risk and replace it with the same model, which was easily reinstalled in less than 30 minutes. One day later and NO leaks. Very happy with this second facuet. Hope mine is a limited experience and most live up to the quality we expect from MOEN. The sprayer does drip a few times after turning off the faucet, but it does stop after several seconds.

Very happy with this product. We love moen to begin with, this is simple and clean and works beautifully in our new kitchen. Love the matte black. It’s perfect. My husband said it was good to install as well.

Two month old brand new shower dial controller has failed. After a few minutes in the shower, the cold water disappears. The controller can not properly balance and proportion the hot and cold water. I keep adjusting it for more cold water and it actually gets warmer, not boiling hot but warm. It's a lemon and completely defective. Extremely disappointed in the poor QA at Moen. We had a choice of many other brands such as Delta, Price Pfister, American Standard, Kohler, etc.

Moen Indi Faucet had great instructions and product. This is our 5th Moen faucet after replacing other faucets and showers in the house. We will only buy Moen since the quality is very good and the products last. We installed this faucet in the laundry room and paired it with a Ruvati laundry room sink also from Home Depot. Looks great.

Easy to install and very nice

Love the looks and functions of the faucet, but it will drip 3-5 drops after turning it off. For $200 it should not drip.

This was an easy install as the directions were simple and concise. Packaging included the necessary tools for the install. The space under our cabinet is very tight given the garbage disposal location which added to the install time. From start to finish it took about 30 minutes. It took longer to remove the old faucet than the new install (which added at least 1 1/2 hrs on the front end).

Faucet looks and works great. Water flow is not an issue.

The faucet is a very nice unit and works well. I was disappointed to find that the soap dispenser as well as the head of the faucet are light plastic parts. They look nice, and are fully functional, but just feel cheap. The water flow is a bit restricted, but not terrible. It's a nice set, just falls a bit short of wonderful.

Very sleek design. Operates very smoothly. Simple to install. Pull down sprayer retracts easily and stays put. Spot free finish. Only downside I found was a little disappointed in the plastic parts, sprayer head.

Installed this faucet recently. Generally pleased with it, but a little disappointed that the spray head and other parts feel like plastic. Will see how the finish hold up over some time, concerned a little that the finish will wear off with cleaning. At this price level I was expecting a big more of a "solid" feeling faucet.

Love the easy install and the product is clean and modern addition to my kitchen. Love the pull down sprayer!
