I was looking for a combination shower/handheld facuet. I read many reviews on various products and finally settled on this one. Most reviews mentioned how much plastic was in the product. This one doesn't have any plastic and came in a cloth cover. I didn't install so I put average. It does use a lot of water so I only use the center/handheld faucet for my showers. I tried the various massage settings which seem nice but not what I use on a daily basis. The look of the product is very nice with the brushed nickel being slightly darker than I anticipated but since it's not next to the shower/bath tub faucet it's not that noticeable. As with most combo facuets, there is a very slight drip when not using both parts but not enough to be of concern. Overall, I'm really happy with it.

The hand held sprayer has made it much easier to shower my mom (who has Alzheimers). It makes showering her so much easier. I love it.

I brought this shower head because of a good review by a customer. I'm glad I did. This product is well made with no plastic parts and is worth the cost. The five-spray hand shower is the best I've ever had. I like the water pressure with this shower. It's not wimpy like some.

I am writing this review because I almost didn't purchase this product based on a poor review given by another customer. But I bought it anyway and I'm so happy with it. The In2ition shower head has turned a regular shower into a true pleasure for us. Design, function, and ease of use make this product well worth the investment. It is truly versatile, allowing for easy adjustments while showering or cleaning. Contrary to an earlier post, the extension hose is long enough and cleaning the shower, or other household objects, is a breeze with the In2ition.

i recieved one of these shower heads for xmas and installed it but the hand held sprayer didnt work. i exchanged it for a new one and it wouldnt work either. the hose is not one of the nice metal snake looking ones that you would expect on a $180 shower head and the parts you screw to your shower are plastic...and LEAK badly. i always thought delta made good faucets. come to find out its made for delta by another company. go figure. hope this helps someone!!! dont waste your time!!! the only reason i rated this one star is because there is no option to give it a negative amount of stars. :)

I bought this shower head/hand shower primarily because it matched the finish of my existing hardware. After an easy installation, I realized what a great shower head it actually is. Numerous settings will be able to meet any need you have. It's pricey, but well worth the cost in form and function.

This sprayer is more than I expected. It has an excellent water volume, is simple to use, and easy to install.
