Perfect for our needs. Dries and heats the towels, nice for winter . Tall enough for bath towels on lower tier .Had a warm rails for 15 years, it is still heating, did a bathroom redo and needed a new shade.

Got my wife for a gift. didn't work, returned it.

For the price, this basic towel rack was a good deal. It has only an on off switch, but I stuck it on a smart plug and just programmed it from my phone to turn on in the morning so my towels and nice and worm for the morning shower, and then leave it on for a few hours to dry everything, and then shut off.

Maybe I’m doing something wrong, the rails heat up but my towels don’t.

Easy to assemble. Base was crooked. Used felt tabs to level. Doesn’t get quite warm enough. Switch should be placed higher. Needs Hi/LO & Auto off feature.

It would have been nice if the cord came out half way up the side rail, for me anyway. It works well, can't wait to use it in the winter, having a nice warm towel after coming out of shower

We love this towel warmer! It's nice and warmer if left just plugged in. We have it on a timer, from 5 a.m. to 11 a.m. and it still is warmer and wonderful after a bath. Appreciate that the rack stand is off-set so it will not fall over when you pull the towel off the rack when stepping out of the shower. Great design.

I had another towel warmer for over 10 years. I like that this one is wider and has more heating tubes. But I expected it to heat up faster and remain warmer. I also like that the on/off switch is flush with the frame and doesn't stick out like the old one.

Do not meet my expectations. Not warm enough for even one towel.

Does not really get the towels very warm...

The product is identical to the picture on the website. Looks very nice. Assembly was simple. However, the screws holes to attach the base were not properly drilled to accept the provided screws --- so, I had to drill out the holes. The unit instructions indicate that it takes about 45 minutes to warm up to operating temperature. This is quite a while and was not anticipated. However, the individual rails do heat up and do warm towels. I have not tried it with anything other than towels.

It doesn't warm up as much which is good if you have little kids but it should give option to raise heat level.

I have used this model of Warmrails towel warmer for over seven years and it has worked great! It does what a towel warmer is supposed to do, the towels are warm and dry.

I bought this in October 2015 and it shorted out on me in January 2016. I returned it to Home Depot. The little tabs on the sides fall off too. It did warm the towel but it has an electrical problem. May have been poorly made item for me. But I would not buy it again.

Towels never do get warm , even after being on it for over an hour. shipping poor over two weeks is to long. Its not worth it, save your money

It doesn't warm towels. I see no real difference between a towel warmed on this rack and one that's not. I tried warning towels overnight thinking that maybe I just needed to warm the towel longer, but it still did not help.

I was expecting results like you get from towel warmers in the UK. This is not an equivalent product. It warms only the part of the towel next to the bars, but doesn't warm the towels through and through.
