Only works on battery mode. I was told I can't even order a replacement because there isn't any in stock. Very very disappointed because I had 1 years ago that was stolen and it worked wonderfully.

1 Flashlight did not work. I tried to order another when I took it back but I was told out of stock. The 2nd flashlight only works on battery mode. Didn't bother taking it back. I had 1 of these years ago and I loved it. Unfortunately that 1 got stolen.

I ordered 6 because I had previously purchased this model. For some reason 4 of the six did not have a strong enough light and had to be returned. Appears the manufacturer made some changes and it didn’t work well. Two did however project well enough to keep

What's super is you have battery backup.

The solar flashlights are wonderful and it sure beats buying batteries and then finding out the flashlight is dead if you haven’t used it for a while! The price is very reasonable also. I just keep it in the window and pick it up when I need it.

It was what I expected. Would have liked them to be a bit smaller but will serve the purpose.

I have had this item for about 2 1/2 weeks. I bought it specifically for the solar powering to have in case of an emergency. There is no solar power function on this flashlight. The backup battery is the only function and was not needed. I have set the flightlight outside with the solar panel in direct sun for several days in attempt to get the flashlight to run off of solar light. It has never used solar power. For me, this flashlight has been a waste of money and I would not recommend it to anyone.

It's good to keep in car just in case. I leave it side door panel, where it consistently is being charged all day.

We love this flashlight. We lost the one we had before which was also bought from Home Depot.

Really like not having to buy batteries. Dependable. I like increasing my use of the sun for power.

I purchased the flashlights because I have had one for 5 years and it has been great. Half of the flashlights I received from this order had batteries that were corroded inside the body of the light and they don't seem to hold a charge like my older light does. Argh!!

Battery operated flashlights seem to die when you need them most. The solar powered flashlight is always ready for use. I keep one in my car where the sun can recharge it. I;ve given many of these as gifts to friends.

I bought this flashlight in case of power outages! I like it because it is solar and you can use the batteries that come with it. It's a bright light! It's sturdy enough for regular use. This flashlight is good for camping etc Never have to worry about batteries with this flashlight!

I would not recommend it to someone who is planing to use solar as main source of power,but this product is perfect for someone using batteries

I've owned one before looked all over for another and found it on the web site.Leave it in the sun and it works all the time. Bright light, never needs batteries,always have a working flashlight. Sent one to my mom who is 80 years old she loves hers. A product that everyone should own.

this is absolutely the best flashlight on the market. It runs via solar power (natural of artificial light )and keeps its charge for a LONG time. I will never buy another flashlight that requires batteries.

I have bought this flashlight few weeks ago and so far it works very well. It is bright enough and has option for solar power or battery. I am thinking of buying lantern now.

I expected the light projected by the flashlight to be bigger. The entire flashlight is much narrower than I expected.

Very easy to use. With little attention will always be ready to use. Good run-time. Useful brightness level. Light weight, easy to grip. Easy to see colors available. Good value.

I charged it up and left it on for almost 6 hours. I left and when I came back it was really low. It probably went 4 hours with a good beam strength. I then set it in the sun to charge but, at first, even in direct sunlight, the red charging LED didn't come on but after about 2 or 3 minutes in the sun it lit up to indicate it was charging.

Why buy any other kind of flashlight? This one has it all.
