This is the second time we have ordered this window and the edges around the window are cracked. The first order was much worse than this one but we can not wait any longer to put the window in, we already had the contractor frame the wall for this window to fit. We have to keep this one although it is not perfect and cracked along the seam on the bottom, we will have to silicone it and just hope it doesn't create any water damage to the wall. This is too heavy and cumbersome to keep returning as well. There were boot prints on the box as well, even though it did say fragile. This has been a very challenging project.Very expensive to not arrive in perfect shape. Very disappointed with how it was packaged and handled.
