I bought this air compressor in 2010 to use for light duty use around my home. I thought with a 26 gal. tank it would be perfect for car tires, bike tires and I also build models and use an air brush. It fits nicely in the space I have in the garage. It is noisy and late night operation is not an option. This unit's compressor parts are very cheaply made and did not hold up to light use. The connecting rod broke and they would not warrant it. If you are looking for a compressor that is going to last do not buy this one!

I bought this in 2010. I used it once a year to blow out my water lines. I would typically have to recharge it twice per water line. I knew I would. I used it during the rest of the year for misc things but not anything that was too taxing. I went to use it again this year and it would not work. For the amount of use and only getting a short life span out of it, I would not recommend it to anyone.

It may be loud, but I have had it for 4 years and use it everyday. No issues with it would buy it again.
