Great Fan
We love these fans. We have them in our current home and are in the process of moving to a new home so we decided to get the same ones again.

Huntington III Quick Install White Ceiling Fan
Love this fan! I have 3 exact same fans in all of my bedrooms, since 2007! They have preformed so well, that when we put on our addition in 2010 I had to special order it from Home Depot! Thank Goodness they still make this fan!
5 star rating all the way!

Not The Best
I purchases one of the Huntington III fans about four years ago for my bedroom. It performed pretty well up until about three years ago when it started making loud noises and the blades started bending. I immediately took it down to replace it with a Hunter.

Very Impressed
My husband was very skeptical that I would not find a decent working fan for under $200.00. I purchased 2 of these fans for my daughters bedrooms, without him knowing. He went ahead and installed them for me and he could not believe how well they worked! I had to show him my invoice to prove I didn't pay more than $200.00 each for them. My husband is very much a perfectionist, so needless to say I was scared to death the fans would not come thru for me-but they did! The lighting is very bright, the fan does not wobble, it works awesome and its beautiful!

Good fan.
My roommate and I ( two twenty something girls) were looking for a ceiling fan that we could install ourselves and that was inexpensive. So far we are very pleased with this one. We mounted it without the bar so it's close to ceiling and it doesn't wobble at all. It also runs quietly on all three speeds. Does a great job of cooling a good sized space.

WOW
The Huntington III Fan I bought to me is great. I put it in my living room and it has made a differences. For without it it felt warm in my living room even with my A/C on. Now with the air it moves makes it feel a lot cooler then ever before. Oh and this fan really runs very quite.
Also I really like the lighting for it lights up my living room with enough light. So Yes I would recommend this fan to anyone.

Good fan for the price
I purchased and installed four these fans two weeks ago on a Saturday. They were easy to install, and they operate quietly. The glass shades are nice, and the units come with four CFL's with standard size bases. The only drawback is they wobble slightly. I trying balancing one of them...to no avail.

10 years
We purchased 4 of these units and 5 other style units, all Hampton Bay, almost 10 years when we built our new home in Florida. So far to date the ONLY problem is I now need to replace 1 of the hand held remote units as the push buttons are getting hard to make contact. All of the fans are still operating in an almost "like new" fashion. Overall . . . the value, appearance, performance and longevity is OUTSTANDING!!!

Huntington III
We bought this fan last week and once mounted it worked beautifully. It is quiet and quite attractive and is well worth the price. Be aware of the bulb size for this fixture! It uses 4 intermediate size (E17) bulbs rated at 40 watts each. Sounds like a lot of light if you do the math but it isn't. The room it is in is only 11'x11' and it is dull. I've just ordered socket reducers (intermediate to candelabra) and will install a larger wattage CFL which intermediate bulbs do not come in. I'm keeping my fingers cross.

Good Fan...
This is a good fan for the money. I've installed three so far and they've all been great. I would recommend.

Light kit
The fan model hanging in the store clearly shows a light kit that uses light bulbs with the normal size base, but the kit with my fan takes the smaller size base bulbs and no larger than 40 watts. Just not enough light for a bedroom where this is the only overhead light source. The only good thing about this fan is that the blades attached with a snap. The fan does wobble some. Yes, I should have double checked the fan box to verify type of light bulbs used, but the model was misleading. Such a hassle to take the fan down and install another.

Nice fan!
We got this fan for our bonus room, which is very large. It does a really good job of cooling the room and circulating the air, plus it is very nice looking. We are very happy with it!

Nice fan, with stupid lighting
I own 3 Huntington III ceiling fans. 2 are Aged Gold finish and 1 is white. The fans and light glasses are the same, but the lights are different between the finishes.
The Aged Gold fans use standard light bulbs with the standard E26 lamp base and the fixture is rated to 60 watts each.
This White Huntington III uses dumb little (think night-lite sized) "candelabra" E12 base bulbs and is rated only to 40 watts each.
Why not use standard bulbs?
