I'm always amazed at how quickly these items are shipped. It arrived almost a full week before the date promised. This was packaged perfectly allowing the product to arrive with no nicks or scrapes. The installers had no difficulty with this piece and it looks great. I thought the cost was a bit high but you have no choice when trying to match a prefinished floor.

We ordered same product number as the solid bamboo we ordered 2 years ago. Product was now tongue and groove not click and lock like before. Now that its down it does not appear to be of same quality as before and anything that had to be surface nailed would randomly split or raise up splinters around nail hole that were difficult to cover! A company should not use same product number if product is changed!!

Not near the quality of the flooring, had lint and dust baked into the finish, I assume its made in a different factory than the flooring its made for.
